This is the second time we've used AirCon to service our home, and once again, we are beyond impressed. Ford provides a level of customer service that goes far beyond just doing business—he genuinely cares. He originally installed our AC unit, and more recently handled the installation of our new furnace and water heater. His attention to detail and commitment to long-term quality are unmatched. Ford always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and it's such a relief knowing we can rely on a local business that takes pride in keeping our home comfortable and well-maintained. I had my central cooler and furnace system completely replaced and they did an excellent job. Simple to quote, easy to request modifications, and a fair price. Perfect install overall and surprisingly good mortar work on the replaced exterior vents. After they finished, they cleaned up nicely and gave me a thorough overview of the new system and maintenance. They are not kidding when they say that they offer high quality service you can trust.

I have to start with saying, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Every single person who came to my house were great and very profesional. My water heater tank broke and I had to get a new one. Super fair price. Cole and Chris came to install it and they did such a great job. They make sure I understood everything they did and everything was done neatly! They went above and beyond so kind and professional!!! I wish I knew about them when our furnace and AC broke we would have paid half the price with Top Notch Customer Service! Dont look any further get them anytime they will take care of you!

I have been using Askar for years, always great service and very fair on pricing.

Paid $200 to get a diagnosis, the owner came out literally just hooked up one gage outside and told me my system was low on coolant and that basically my choices were to get a new unit $4500 or add more coolant for $800 ($200 a pound ) which would obviously leak out again. Never told me how my coolant had leaked or where it had leaked or that it was even possible to fix. Two very hot days later new company found the little 90 pipe had been pinched swapped it out added a few pounds of coolant and ac working fine again.

Very courteous and kind people! They came out the next day to service the water heater. They cleaned things up when done. Highly recommend this company, plus, it’s family owned!!

They were fantastic. I had an issue with my AC during an excessive heat warning. Firas showed up within two hours of calling. He repaired the issue quickly and for a very reasonable price. Thank you!!

Brand new Air Conditioner installed in 24 hours! Couldn't believe it - They came out within a few hours on Tuesday 6/14 and recommended replacing our unit (22 years old) rather than an expensive repair that would be a temporary fix. Quoted price was fair and they expected to be able to do it Friday or Saturday. They called today (wednesday morning) with availability to install it today and got it done. Thank you for the great service and quick turn time!

They came out, gave us a price on replacing a rusted duct and did the work right away. We were very pleased with the price and the work and would use them again and refer them to friends.
