I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are prompt, efficient and and have the best customer service. They are able to diagnosis and fix problems very effectively. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Two Technicians came and corrected a hot water tank venting system problem created by the Hot water tank installer, they did it properly and professionally.

Technician came out as scheduled and was thorough. Also conducted a follow up call. Would recommend and use again.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. We have had them put in two hot water tanks and now a new furnace and central air conditioning. They have always responded promptly and given us friendly, courteous service. It is so nice to deal with a company like this!

We were a good customer of yours. I had to call you because my theremistate did not work. He came out and it was something I wasn't aware of. It took him 2 seconds to touch something and it was fixed. I know he came out but charged me for a full price. I know you have a policy but because of this we will not call you again. My husband has been sick for two years and I have to do everything myself. Shame on you

Easy to schedule service, technician arrived on time and was very friendly! Got my furnace fixed with a new board very quickly and had our heat running just in time for the cold weather!

Askar did a fantastic job installing duct work for my bathroom. I have an old house that can be difficult to work on. They were undaunted and got into the tight attic space with no problem. He was also were careful not to damage my decorative siding which really took some skill based on the location he had to cut. Professional, skillful and caring. Askar is a great company to call!

This company has heart and they know what they are doing! My mother in law was in need of a new furnace and they worked fast to ensure she had heat during a cold Michigan winter.

Both the owner and his son came out to my house ( on separate occasions) to inspect and give me an evaluation on the condition of my A/C unit. This was after i was told by a leading A/C service company that i needed a complete new unit that would cost me upwards of 14k. So at that point I was in search of some other quotes, and i called Askar HVAC, whom I received as a reference. The father and son were honest and straight forward about the condition of the A/C unit and some very affordable remedies, cleaning, filters, and regular check ups. They also showed me pictures of the condition of the unit along with their opinion. Great service, and they were very flexible on making convenient appointment times. I highly recommend this company!

Outstanding response and professionally fixed. Explained how to find problem and how to repair or replace. Service rep was pleasant and answered all questions.

Matt worked very hard to correct my furnace problem. It was very complicated but he never gave up and was able to solve the problem. The furnace is working well now. Matt and Jack were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Well done!!
