We invested over $4,000 in a new Bryant AC from Hutchinson, and the unit itself is solid. Their team was responsive, always showing up when issues arose. But they never mentioned our existing Nest thermostat could be incompatible, potentially damaging the compressor and forcing us to buy an Ecobee. A quick heads-up before the purchase would’ve saved us the extra cost and worry. Great service otherwise—just wish they’d flagged this upfront.

Hutchison installed our Bryant system and it’s AMAZING, we have the NEST thermostat and they are compatible and have been for over a year now. I recently read a review that said their nest wasn’t compatible but ours has been amazing and controls the unit perfectly. I would recommend Hutchison for all of your heating and cooling needs they are a reliable local company whose reputation speaks for itself!

This is our second experience with Hutchinson....first was quick and excellent service for a non working A/C on a Sunday and yesterday was for a furnace cleaning and inspection.... came out one day after our call and Carlos was excellent.... very polite, professional and explained everything... . pricing for both jobs very reasonable

The technician, Edward, was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient in answering all my questions. As a curious homeowner, I like to understand what’s going on, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Great service all around!

I used this company to install a new Ac system in our home three years ago I complained numerous of times that we were not getting cold air in the house. After sending someone out twice they told me I would have to pay for someone to come back out. I also used this company to give my yearly inspections on my furnace and hot water tank within the same week after paying for tune up and Inspection my hot water tank went out. Now I’m having to install a new furnace which they told me everything was fine except for my air humidifier. They found the problem of why my AC never worked properly it was because they welded together three different sizes pipes to make the pipe line fit I have proof and I will try to attach a picture

These guys are AWESOME!!!
My furnace failed. They came right out, analyzed the problem, and fixed it. All the others I called basically told me that a) they could not get out for over two weeks, and b) basically said that would need a new furnace! All without even looking at it.

It is great to have a contractor that I can trust to do the job right!!!

Ashton was very punctual in reaching out schedule a service call, called back within minutes to offer a service call within 20 minutes. Can’t do better than that. Upon arrival 911’s technician Aric introduced himself and jumped right into diagnosing the issue and resolving same within minutes. Decided to request a quote to replace my 25 year old furnace and Aric provided same within minutes. From Ashton reaching out to Aric’s departure 911 got me back up and running in 1 hour. Awesome experience!

Second service call during Thanksgiving weekend

My CO alarm alerted us of a high level of carbon monoxide. Ashton and Stephanie were working on black Friday and sent a technician right away. Jake told us that the furnace was not emitting the CO. He investigated further and determined our hot water heater was the source.
Our previous supplier never took the time to look further. We had a problem earlier in the year with a CO leak and it was never resolved

I was so glad that Jake is an expert and took the time to investigate further than the furnace. I highly recommend 911 mechanical and their team for any of your heating and cooling needs!!
