Reviews of local pros in Macomb, Michigan

Andre and Brian came out and took the extra time to ask questions, were professional and polite. Andre and Brian put the extra time in and made sure that the job was done perfectly. They went the extra distance on the fall cleanup for sure. Thanks fellas!

Needed last minute snow removal for an out of town family member. Big Lakes took care of us same day and the crew even used shovels. Could not be more impressed. Thank you!

We’ve been using Big Lakes for a couple months now and they’ve been awesome! They’ve been super reliable, have always shown up when they say they will and the yard always looks great after they’re done. They’re also really quick to respond to any inquiries that I have had. We’re always happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solid, dependable care.

Great Company! They mow our lawn weekly but also filled in rocks and mulch, weeded and pulled a dead bush. Professional, nice guys. We had Jeff, Dan and Casey recently. Highly recommend.

Thank you for a quick and thorough service. Jacob, Herald, Lucas, Carlos, and Angel were professional and kept me posted about the state of the job.

Will work with this company again.

They came through in a pinch and did amazing work. I have a giant backyard that was way overgrown and needed some work. Ben was the gentlemen tasked with the job and he absolutely nailed it. 10/10 service from him and Toni who I scheduled my appointment with was friendly and very helpful throughout all of it.

We would like to thank Doug and his assistant for mowing our lawn last week which was the first cut of the year!. They really did a great job. We would recommend this great Big Lakes Lawncare company for all your landscaping needs. We are very satisfied with them and glad we finally landed on the greatest of all. Thank you guys again.

We had an urgent project and they were able to get here by our deadline! The crew was quick and efficient. They were very polite and made sure they did the job correctly. They cleaned up very nicely afterwards as well which was a concern for us since we have small dogs who eat random things outside and we needed them to remove some vines that can be toxic to dogs. We will be hiring them again for future projects!

Finally a company who genuinely appreciates their customers. The techs and office staff are polite, knowledgeable and professional. Prices are reasonable as well. For sure give them a try!

Kyle and Jacob do a great job on my parent’s property. They always explain their plans for the week and make sure to execute it perfectly 10/10 would recommend

Big Lakes Lawn care offers their clients a wide variety of lawn care services at reasonable prices. Big Lakes has been providing great services for our condominium association. Justin and his crew are very friendly and Justin is extremely knowledgeable about lawn care and the problems related to lawn care. I would recommend Big Lakes Lawn care for your residential or commercial lawn care needs.

I decided to go with Big Lakes Lawncare for my grass so that I can keep my lawn looking wonderful and when I say the packages they offer are very reasonable for the service they provide omg it’s the best. From the lawn care guys that come cut my grass on time and on schedule to the aeration treatment and not to mention the fertilizer they put on the grass you can see in the pictures they have done a marvelous job. To Big Lakes Lawncare I want you guys to continue to keep up the good work! We love your work and we are very proud that we selected your company for our lawn care!!!!

I couldn't be happier with the services from Big Lakes, we moved into a new house in December of 2021. I used Big Lakes for basically everything, sod, irrigation, landscaping and a nice beach on our pond. The results speak for themselves.

I want to preface this with the customer service is well maintained so I aloted two stars, however their service techs always over treat and burn the grass. The weed control is not good either.

UPDATE:

I was impressed when Big Lakes reached out to me directly to resolve an issue—they went above and beyond to make things right. Their team came out promptly and did an outstanding job. In today’s world, where many companies fall short on customer service, Big Lakes clearly stands out. They genuinely care about their customers and are committed to delivering top-quality landscape services.

From now on, I’ll be using Big Lakes for all my landscaping needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional landscape maintenance.

Thank you, Big Lakes, for your dedication and exceptional service!

Thank you, Jack, Nancy, and Ricardo, for your attention to detail and excellent work.

Yuri and David did an amazing job on our project. They were very friendly and professional. They left the site very clean as well. I’d highly recommend Big Lakes. Also, if you need landscape ideas because you’re not sure what you want, ask for a consultation with Joe. Thank you Big Lakes!!

Kyle and Jacob did great with our lawn. They were always polite and friendly. They gave tips on how to make the yard look good between cuttings and were very knowledgeable.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job on our property. My yard never looked this good! My experience with Big Lakes was very professional. From the office department to sales to the crew in the field. Thank you very much.

We had our yard mulched and cleaned up with a few planting additions. We also had our cement edging replaced with a sleeker steel edging that allows looks much cleaner. The two gentlemen that worked on our yard worked all day and did such a nice job with everything. They were very friendly too. I am very pleased with how the yard looks now. Such a refreshing update! Highly recommend Big Lakes Lawncare.

I appreciate the consistency of weekly lawn service. Lawn and edging looks as expected.
Any minor details of my concerns are attended to immediately.
Would recommend Big Lakes Services for all who need a reliable consistent lawn service plus they offer total landscape maintenance for a perfect looking landscape.

My first year having snow removal and couldn’t be more pleased. Headed out on Sunday morning at 7:15 am expecting a snowy driveway only to find everything was cleared. So happy! Thank you Autumn!
