Legacy Landscape did a fantastic job on my yard - this was the second year in a row that I had them do work for me. Russ & his crew were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Legacy Landscape to anyone.

Work was fine and completed as scheduled.
That said, I’m still waiting for final receipt and explanation for additional costs for labor and materials. Communication has come to total stop after they were paid. Does not bode well if any warranty work might be required. If you use these people, get absolutely everything in writing. Not sure any other clients would have approved the state of yard after completion much less logic of their explanation of wall height. Where’s my receipt?

I had this company power wash and re sand my brick pavers. They did a beautiful job, just like the last time. The crew was very friendly and professional.

Legacy Landscape recently completed a fourth project for us, brick paver patio, walkway, and a second story deck. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results, Russ and his crew never disappoints. The paver work is fantastic as always. The second story deck built by Steve is rock solid, beautiful, and has changed the look of the lakefront side of the house. If you’re happy with the work, cost, and results there’s no reason to go anywhere else.

I've never used Legacy Landscaping, the owner Russ met with my wife and I to review our landscaping needs, he walked through my job discussing all sorts of options and details that will improve our curb appeal and backyard. We scheduled the work and his crew showed up yesterday, very courteous, easy to communicate with the foreman and extremely professional. They worked hard til 7 pm at night and when they were done my wife and I was extremely pleased with the overall job. My neighbor stopped by and loved the work so much he will be hiring them to redo his entire backyard. I highly recommend Legacy Landscaping for all your landscaping needs...

I spent over $13,000 to freshen up my yard last spring. By fall, I had noticed some plants that did not take. I emailed Russell numerous times and he finally replied saying they'd take care of it next spring. Here we are, next spring and now almost summer. Dead plants and no response on replacing. I've sent pics, I've resent request, nothing. One time I did get a we can come out next week, but zero response since. This was a lot of money for me and super disappointed in the lack of care. Installation crew was great, results were average, but post care is beyond awful.

Had these steps put in for our sea wall and they turned out excellently. Legacy did a really good job with the whole process and was easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping projects.

I normally don't review a product or service until a little time has gone by. I like to make sure everything stays perfect and nothing was overlooked. It is now, 3 months later, that I realize I could have left a review the very day the patio was finished! They provided everything you expect from a professional company. 1. They show up for the initial meeting, and at the agreed upon time. 2. They know their products and services well and listen intently to what you want, offering suggestions along the way. 3. A detailed quote was provided. 4. A contract followed and the work was scheduled. 5. The installers arrived on time and began the project. 6. It was completed on time.

We now enjoy the new patio more than we expected to. It looks beautiful and neighbors have even come over to see it and compliment it.

I would highly recommend Legacy Landscaping. Russell was easy to deal with and listened to all of our ideas. They were very responsive to all my random questions and had great commutation throughout the process. Steve was great to work with and explained all the standard procedures. He was even ok with me bothering him every morning and solved any issues I informed him of. I will be telling everyone I know about Legacy Landscaping at every pool party in the future. In this day and age of customer service going automated and usually struggling to have a company show up to get a quote and then hoping they will do a good job. I recently worked with Legacy Landscape and I wanted to write a review about my experience. We started working off with Russell, and he has been very clear and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He is an extremely likable person and he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, which is not something that the competition was doing for me. The thing about is that he is a perfectionist so I came up with the “Fussy Russy”. Needless to say after all the design process that we went through with him, he was able to use his computer systems to generate what the property would look like before he did it so that we can be a part of the design process. We are extremely happy with the results and he did a great job. Out of the competition, he was also extremely aggressive with his pricing. I would say that the other competitors were way more money and the work was not as good quality. We ended up doing an outdoor kitchen and seating area and sunken in hot tub area as well as the entire front yard. Thank you so much to the team at Legacy Landscape . We are so proud of your work!

We've had quite a few problems with our home, we had 2 workers by the names KEVIN and ALEX come out to work on our home 2 separate times and BOTH times these guys have blew my minds with their work, professionalism, kindness.. And overall honesty!!

Please go to this company. I am a random customer who thankfully got referred to by them. This place recommended that I went and got DTE to come out prior to having them come out just to make sure I couldn't get the work done free by them so I wouldn't be charged!!
