Very prompt, professional, and reasonbly priced. I always dread having to call for appliance repair.
I feel like they have me over a barrel. I need the appliance working ASAP, and they know it. So I'm basically at their mercy. Normally, it's $100 just to show up, and the meter starts running from there. Mr. Lindquist was extremely fair. I needed a dishwasher and refrigerator repaired. He had to order parts, so that meant two trips to my house. The total bill was under $200! And he even cleaned & de-greased the dishwasher! I would definitely use them again.

After calling some of the bigger companies in town and not being able to get someone to come out the same day to fix my hot water tank, I called Lindquist. They were prompt, fixed my water heater and charged me a very reasonable price. I will be calling them from now on for all my appliance needs.

Only got 1 star cause he was on time. Misdiagnosed my washer. Waited a week for him to bring wrong part. Then had to goggle and call manufacturer to find out what was wrong. Said part i needed was not in stock at the 2 places he orders. Charged me 75 for doin nothing. I went online and found the part instock at about 7 places. Dont hire this guy!!!! If you gonna watch him look up how to fix you may as well try yourself. Thanks for ripping me off for $75!!!

We had a leak in our refrigerator and it caused our brand new floors to warp. In a panic, I started calling different appliance repair companies. Linquist was the only company that would come out the very next day (I called in the afternoon). Very quick and gave me an honest answer about where I could get some appliance paint for cheaper than he could offer. Will use again and would defiantly recommend. Fast and professional. Price seemed very fair.

We’ve had Jack out a couple times to fix things and he’s gotten us in quickly, been on time and professional, and his prices are good. No complaints, we’ll call him next time we have an appliance problem!

Unfortunately you can't leave negative stars for a review. I had a service appointment scheduled through our Lowe's warranty program between 8-12 today that was made mid-day on Wednesday. I was advised the repair technician would contact me prior to their arrival. At 10:30 I called to verify that we were in fact on the schedule. Left a voicemail. Contacted Lowe's after our appointment time had passed and they were able to confirm that our ticket had been accepted on their end. Lowe's tried to reach the company without success. I have called 3x and have been unable to reach anyone.
This company did not show up nor did they call to indicate they would not be coming to service our washer. As a result of horrible customer service, we now will be without for 5 days until we get someone else out to repair it. I have recommended Lowe's remove them from their list of repair companies. Yes, it is just a washer - but it's the principle. Do not recommend and will refuse to have any future service scheduled with Lindquist Appliance Services for the lack of communication and ability to show up.

I have done work for Lindquist Appliance as well as been a customer. Lindquist Appliance has helped me out and my family on multiple occasions. He makes you aware of recalls and possible fixes you might need in the future even at the expense of the company making money. Really can't say anything bad about this establishment. Monroe is very lucky to have a reputable business as such. Thanks again!

Our refrigerator stopped working. I called Lindquist he came figured out the problem right away. He ordered the part. The part came in. He came and installed it, the fridge is working. The cost was reasonable. He has repaired other appliances for us. He’s always prompt, respectful of our property, and does a great job. I never hesitate to call Lindquist or to recommend him.

I spoke with Jack who came out to repair my whirlpool dryer. Very kind, professional and on time. Reasonable prices. Very quick work. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

We can't say enough about how great our experience was with Jack Lindquist of Lindquist Appliance. He did a repair on our refrigerator and he was so knowledgeable in explaining what the issue was and did the repair in no time. He arrived on time and treated us very fairly. We will be calling him for any appliance repair needs in the future.

I called with a refrigerator issue I was having, but unfortunately he wasn't able to service our specific refrigerator. Instead of that being the end of the call, he asked me about the issue I was having and offered advice on what could help, knowing he wouldn't make any money on this particular issue. I will definitely be calling for any future needs with this kind of focus on customer support.

I called to see if they serviced our particular brand of fridge. After telling him the brand, age of the fridge, and issue we were having, he told me to look at a couple of things. This could help determine what it could be and if particular compressor issues. In the end, to save us the cost of a service call and probable expensive fixes it could be, he suggested to replace what we had, and even gave us a heads up on what brands and styles to consider. Was grateful for the help and info he provided over the phone to save us on a service call. This the first time dealing with him, but he will be my first call in the future if needed. Highly recommended!
