They disappeared! The initial visit went very well and the technician diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and said the part would be ordered and he would return and install the part. That was on November 15th. Today is December 14th and I have called without ever talking to a person but left several voicemails and got almost no response. The owner did call and left me a voicemail, but when I called back, I got the answering machine again. After that, I got a phone out of order... where did they go????

While I understand pandemic is going on, and things happen. But to the lady who answers the phone, you were initially nice and apologetic the first time about getting priority calls for fridges but said Thursday the week before can get me in. And a week later no call no show. You cant find my information when I call about my apt. Then go on to say we have to do fridges and freezers first and you go on to get upset that the phone rings constantly everyday cant bother to call a potential customer back to reschedule .. Welcome to customer service you need to learn some skills and adjust your tone when talk to customers. Also wth kind of appliance repair only goes out to to service if they are already out in the area as she stated. HTF DO YOU MAKE MONEY . i live right in the area which is why i called .. But hey what do i know.

-Wow, "unseen by demanding customers", you really can't tell the difference between customer service and being a reliable company. So, you say BS to make yourself feel better for how you acted over the phone.

We travel in an RV with a Maytag Residential refrigerator; Refer went wacky while on our way to Muskegon for an overnight stay. Olson's was recommended to us by an RV Tech in the RV Park. Eric showed up on time, did a complete health assessment of our refrigerator. All seemed to be good. He reset controller and Refer seemed to function properly as we left to continue our journey. Eric gave me the diagnostic tool wo I could do the assessment and reset myself. I had to reset once. The ice maker still is not working but refer is. If we had been able to stay for another day Eric could have assessed the controler but we had to move on. He did a great job getting us on the road.

We are SO happy with Olson's! The repairman came out, fixed the dryer and went above and beyond, giving us more information and also increasing efficiency. It was cost friendly and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Olsons.

The repairman was kind and had my dryer fixed in no time. Everyone I talked with at Olson's was very nice and had amazing customer service. They even called to inform me that they were running behind. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

Absolutely amazing first class service.
Technician was skilled, friendly, and professional. Due to a busy schedule they came well outside of business hours to get the job done and try to hold their schedule for the following days service. Job was done efficiently with no impact to the rest of the house. Came in under quote due to a part not being needed! Parts used were all oem high quality and I cannot express my level of happiness with the

My washing machine stopped spinning so called another local repair service, they were not able to fix the problem so referred me to Olson's. Olson's was able to come out that day and within a couple of days had the part and was fixed for much less than what others were going to charge. I would highly recommend them and will be using in the future for any repair needs.

I bought a used refrigerator online and didn't know it had a freon leak and it quit working within a couple of days. Of course this happened during covid and when it seemed almost impossible to find someone to come fix it. I called Olsen's and they were able to squeeze me in within the next couple of days. The man was very courtious and informative. Came in patched the leak and got the refrigerator back in working order. It ended up costing way less than I anticipated and he got it done quickly. Thank you!

Bought a really nice washer for a good price with a warranty, friendly service, same day delivery! Delivery guys took great care bringing the washer in and hooking it up. I will be buying all my appliances from then from now on!

Can't say enough good things about Olson's! They came out on a Friday evening, after hours, to fix our refrigerator that decided to stop working. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick and took the time to explain what was wrong. 100% recommend

I have a ge dishwasher.Had Olson's come to repair.his name was Eric.they stated he had all kinds of degrees and was the best repair man they have.If that was the case he would have known that on ge dishwashers you have to replace the timer as well as the solenoid.otherwise the solenoid would burn up again.Why would I ever call them again to repair anything when they have very little knowledge about repairs.

Eric troubleshooted my washer intermittent water leak and found the problem (small hose leak) right away. He also installed a new gas hook up and exhaust for my dryer at my new residence. The gas stove that came with my new residence is old and the burners would not always light from the pilot automatically. Eric adjusted the burners and it works fine now. All work was performed expertly and economically. I would highly recommend Olson's to anyone needing an appliance repair. Great service at a great price.

Very happy to have been given Olson's name by another company that doesn't service Samsung appliances. They were very quick to squeeze me into the schedule, needed to order a part, but didn't pay until they came back and finished, and they were very friendly and accommodating. Good service is hard to find, glad to have found a new go to.

My 7 year old Frigidaire upright freezer kicked a breaker and stopped fuctioning. Upon resetting the breaker, the compressor and electronic temp panel weren't functioning. In checking around on a Friday evening, no services were available.
I stopped into Olson's store on Monday 10/19/2020 and Eric advised it sounded like an internal circuit board failure. He arrived at my residence within an hour to diagnose the problem, which he confirmed was a circuit board. He created a jumper wire to have the compressor circulate even though the bad board prevented the freezer from cooling.
Olson contacted me on Tuesday and advised that parts from China were not being shipped. He was able to locate a part somewhere in the USA. Eric stated they would send it to the store, but not quickly. He stated they would be out on Tuesday to install the new replacement circuit board.
Kurt arrived at 1 PM and installed the part and checked & re-calibrated the freezer.
I'm impressed with the employees (all family members) commitment to resolve my freezer issues as quickly as possible. I will quickly tell all who are in need of an appliance repair to seek them out.
The price was more than fair, the service both prompt & professional, and the concern for performing a good job seemed very important to all I came in contact with at their store.
I will highly recommend this store and their employees.

We had Olson's come to fix our refridgerator because the freezer was too warm and the refridgerator was freezing things. They came in a timely manner the first time and the repair man was friendly and unfrozen a drain . unfortunately that didn't resolve the issue and when I called to have them come back out since they have a 30 day warrenty on repairs suddenly they were too swamped. I waited another week and called back and still they said they were too busy. The lady scheduling repairs told me " were going to put you off until next week since you can deal with your problem. " Okay so yes if other people have fridges not working at all technically I can deal with it but still her attitude was very dismissive.I can tell you how much produce froze and went bad during the weeks of waiting for them to come. The following week I called again and she scheduled me an appointment and the guy never showed up and they have never called me to apologize or reschedule. Will NEVER use Olson's again.

I would have given less than one star but that's not an option. This was by far the poorest service I have ever received. In January, I brought my grandmother's carpet cleaner to them to see if it could be repaired. I had a sneaking suspicion that it couldn't be, but I figured a second opinion never hurts.

9 MONTHS later, after numerous phone calls and promises of call-backs about the machine, they finally said it couldn't be fixed. There was $45 deposit, they refunded $30. And then seemed shocked that I wanted the machine back. Broken or not, I'm not paying them to steal my grandmother's belongings.

So, they grudgingly handed over the box of disassembled pieces and half of a machine. As I am looking over what they gave back, there are numerous parts that they stole.

Don't ever use go to this "business" because they are crooks.

I remember this store from when we were kids. We'd always go get their big refrigerator boxes, take them home, and use them for break dancing, and that was about 40 years ago. Haha.
Anyway, I went there the other day to buy a refrigerator after having bad luck with all of the big box stores and, to my surprise, a couple of independent stores. I was not feeling optimistic when I got to Olson's, but that all changed once I spoke to the staff.
The other stores either didn't help or said there would be a 4 week waiting period for delivery plus a delivery charge of $80. One store told me they couldn't deliver until October 15th.
Olson's was happy for my business and gave me a delivery date for August 22nd, just 5 days, with no delivery charge, and they will take my old refrigerator with them. What a great deal!
Home Depot had the lowest price at $2,069, but Olson's beat them coming in at $2,068. Winner, winner! Chicken dinner!
Buy local. Keep your money local. I'm glad they were still there after all these years.

Called this morning with my dryer not heating up. They scheduled me between 4pm & 7pm. They called again with a cancellation, and made it sooner. Dryer is fixed running like a champ. The repairman was very professional, and fast. I will 100% recommend to everyone.

I was very happy with the service I received for a washing machine repair. They offered late hours so that I didn't need to take time off of work. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to make sure that it worked (ran through the wash, spin,and drain cycles). They charged per repair not by the hour, so there were no any surprises with the bill which was very reasonable!

The woman on the phone was very polite. We were able to schedule same day and when our power went out we were able to easily reschedule. Our gas oven needed a new igniter. We were quoted $80 to come out and for the repair plus the part. It was cheaper then we thought it was going to be. We got a call before they came out. When he got here he had to really fight to get to the igniter but he did it, he did not give up. I absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

The staff was both pleasant and professional, and that's a pet peeve of mine in customer service. The part for my washer is no longer available, but I was able to buy one from Olson's at a reasonable price. They removed the old washer free of charge and installed the new one, also checking to make sure that the cycles ran properly. I was very pleased with the service and will be returning should I need appliance repair.
