We have been using Richard Brothers for.all of our repliance repairs for over 20 years . They are very knowledgeable and always provide accurate, fast , and friendly service. I highly recommend all of their services!

Fast, friendly, helpful, fairly priced and hassle free.

While fixing my washer, I brought up a problem with my dryer and they fixed that too while they were here and saved me from having to pay for another service call.

I'd recommend highly them to anyone.

I Recommended Sean for a simple refrigerator repair at my boyfriends house since he repaired my fridge quickly in the past. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend him since he has been a no show and my boyfriends fridge is still not fixed after three weeks. He came over to assess the problem and determined it to be the fan. He had to order the fan on Friday and said he’d be in touch either Monday or Tuesday. Didn’t hear anything until I called on Thursday. Sean said he would be over to fix it Friday and apologized because the paperwork was lost in the shuffle. Friday comes and it’s the wrong part after my boyfriend drove home from work to meet him. Sean said he would order the part and make contact on Monday or Tuesday to install. It’s now Saturday and my boyfriend has never heard from Sean. The fridge has now been out for weeks. I would not recommend Richard Brothers to repair your appliances unless you want to wait weeks then never hear back. Extremely unprofessional company! Very disappointed!

Sean was great! I called regarding my LG refrigerator, the door wasn’t closing, I thought I needed a new gasket, the part wasn’t available immediately and he told me I could get it quickly through Sears as they had it in stock, he said it was very easy to replace but if I had any problems to call him, I replaced it but it still wouldn’t close, I called him he came out within a couple of hours, looked at it and said it wasn’t the gasket but one of the screws was loose, he repaired it and didn’t charge me anything! He said just call me when you have repairs needed on your appliances. Now that’s GEEAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I soo appreciated your help! Thank you Sean!

Washer stopped working as in; stuck in sensing mode, lid locked, etc. Tech came (Sean) on schedule. Did the diagnosis, tried a part, still an issue. Come to find out it was the Main Control. $291 for new part for a $600/washer. Sean understood not worth it, 45/min later, he shows up back at my house with a Main Control (used, who cares, looked like new) He had us back up and washing within 15/min. Your service was EXCELLENT!!!!! Thank you for fixing our washer and great prices/service!!!! Customer for life👍👍👍

I would never use, highly unprofessional. waited a week for service call and the guy never showed up. Then they don't return your call. Not the Company I remember. Terrible Service!! BEWARE!! Only gave 1 star to post.

We have been using Richard Brother's Appliance for almost 20 years. They are professional, reasonable, friendly, on time and honest. I wouldn't call anyone else. Sean is right upfront with you. Our dishwasher could not be fixed. Sean told us it was time to replace it. He even gave us recommendations on which one to buy. If you have an appliance that needs to be fixed, call Sean. Richard Brothers has repaired appliances for our family for years! They are dependable, knowledgeable and are reasonably priced.
I called and set up an appointment for our dishwasher to be fixed, but I discovered the dishwasher wasn't worth repairing. I forgot to call Richard Brothers back to cancel the appointment, because I bought a new one. When the repairman arrived, I realized that I forgot to cancel! He treated me with the utmost respect, and even told me I made a good decision to replace the one I had with a new one of a different brand. I don't believe there is a better repair business than Richard Brothers, especially one that has given such great service for so many years! They will always be the only repair shop I call!

Sean was so nice! I called at 12pm & by a total stroke of luck he was available! Arrived at 2. He replaced my idler & cleaned out the whole machine! Super fast and very kind. A life saver!!

Professional, knowledgeable and very fair priced. They came out to look at my fridge that had been leaking. Not only did he fix it quickly but showed me what to do if it ever happened again which showed me he actually cares for his customers. Highly recommend using them for any appliance needs!

Wow!! Second time we hired him and he is so so fast and clean. He vacuumed behind our frig and cleaned the walls. I couldn’t believe he did that for us. And, he washed the floor before moving the repaired frig back into position !

Diagnosed and fixed within 30 min! He fixed two refrigerators within 45 mins.

Noah provided plumbing service at my home today. He was professional, explained the job and gave me a price before he started. I had three areas that needed repair. He was very pleasant, did the job fast and checked his work with me asking if I was satisfied. Great job Noah!

ZPlumberz were amazing ! They came out and worked on replacing our water heater the same day. They were very polite and respectful of our property. The work was done in a timely manner and was very professional. If ever needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!! Overall, extremely satisfied with their work and we are very happy to have our hot water back on again!

Z Plumberz did an excellent job. I called them and they were able to get somebody out the next day. I was given a time frame of 12-7pm and they were here by 12:15.

Noah was who came out to my house and was able to figure out my leaky line under my sink right away and had it done within 5 minutes of returning from getting the parts he needed. Very professional and great to talk to.

Can't go wrong with this business for your plumbing needs, they will be the first place I call for any future work I need done.
