Asked them to give me a quote for a boiler that wasn't working based on another company's feedback. They proceeded to actually diagnose the issue and I was able to repair it. Fantastic service.

My water heater broke after 26 years from these guys, called them up and next day they got me setup the next day and they did a wonderful job. Absolutely worth.

Furnace went out on the coldest day of the year! Luke arrived on-time, carefully and accurately diagnosed the problem, which was a defective circuit board, and got everything up and running! Polite, courteous, and explained everything as he worked! All of this for a very fair cost! I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else!

Brian came out and was very punctual. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem in the same visit. Additionally, he walked us through what we needed to do to prevent it from happening again.

Excellent work and professionalism. Steven came out today to help fix our A/C. He was very helpful and explained what was going on. He fixed the issue quickly. The price was reasonable. Thank you so much!!

This is just The Best Company in the world. I have had this company for years now and NEVER have I been disappointed .
I highly recommend this Company. All their techs , especially Steven, is so professional and check everything on my boiler. Gives me a total piece of mind.

Very nice installation! My house is warm now the coldest /coolest room is now nice and warm! Briarwood will doing my hot water next for me!

Luke did a great job on the annual furnace check up. He cleaned and vacuumed the furnace. He also checked the humidifier and changed the filter. Overall. Luke did a through maintenance check. I highly recommend using Briarwood for your heating and cooling needs.

Briarwood was amazing! They were able to get here quickly to replace my water heater, on top of it they plumbed in my drip tray that I was too lazy to originally do! Fast, courteous, and answered all my questions without hesitation. I’m so appreciative of them! MIke and Ethan rocked!

Luke showed quickly after I made the appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the furnace and made some adjustments and had everything running again in less than an hour.

The tech was on time, took one look into the burner chamber, immediately knew what the issue was had it fixed in 5 minutes. I have never been so happy to pay a service call charge.

5* Brian Little & the scheduler (Jerry?) Honest, and punctual. I recently had a quote to repair my furnace. Because the part was on back order, I started calling other places to see what could be done as my house was freezing for 10 days. Briarwood came with the part, diagnosed the actual cause and within 15 minutes fixed my furnace. My original quote, from another HVAC Co, was over $1000 to replace a part in perfectly working order. Beware of the bigger brands (ROHC) and just call Briarwood.

Had a new furnace put in by Ethan and another guy and it went well. Very polite and thorough. Highly recommend this company, which I have used prior for repairs and maintenance. Thanks for keeping the heat on and responding after hours, when the system initially failed!

On Wednesday, December 10, 2025 a day of a record snow storm, Kyle and Cord delivered my new water heater which was a replacement for one that was under warranty.
These guys were positive and up-beat under challenging
circumstances! They even shoveled path ways for themselves and for me!
