Highly recommended. My wife and I called AIR to schedule an appointment on a Saturday evening, they promised to be there Sunday afternoon. Even when we insisted it was no emergency to be without hot water for a few days in such hot weather, their reply was, 'Well, WE consider it an emergency."

AIR replaced our hot water heater same day and hauled away the old one (free of extra charge) for several hundred dollars less than a competitor's quote, who wouldn't be able to come out for another week.
