Steven has been to my house several times. He is always so pleasant and helpful. He always goes beyond what he has to do. Today he made an adjustment to the furnace humidifier. I really appreciate this because I have constant sinus issues. He's worth his weight in gold.

I would 100% recommend Briarwood. Kyle, Ethan and Aidan came round today and installed a new water heater for me. All three guys were great and everyone from the company has been brilliant to deal with. They were very helpful and respectful.

Our technician Luke, helped fix our leaking AC unit. The house was renovated after installation and the drain pipe was never reinstalled. I didnt know, I'm a brand new homeowner, but he was very friendly and explained everything to me. He gave me a few options for him to fix the issue and I picked the most practical solution. Everything from the first phone call to the completed repair was outstanding. It was great to actually speak with a live person who was friendly and helpful. They fit us in quickly, got our heat back on fast, and the price was very reasonable. Steven, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient with both the diagnosis and repair. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future service needs!

This was my first time using Briarwood. I had some furnace maintenance done. I called around 9 am and they were at my house by 1pm. Luke did a fantastic job. He is a very nice guy and is very knowledgeable when it comes to everything HVAC. I would give briarwood 10 stars if I could. Excellent service.

Briarwood was able come out within a few hours when we had no heat. We appreciate the friendliness from the scheduler to the service technician. He was able to get us up a running pretty quickly. Would recommend using this company.

My experience with Briarwood Heating & Cooling was the best. I called them in the morning for a quote to replace my hot water heater. I hired them and they were out to my place within hours. Kyle, Ethan and Matt were great. They were very professional and knowledgeable and completed the job within an hour. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Briarwood has been my go-to for heating and cooling for my house. They are easy to deal with and very friendly, answer all my questions in a way that makes sense. Recently, 6/24/25, Matt and Kyle (hope I got the names right) installed a new AC unit for my house. Price was good and done quickly. Good looking work and enjoying my nice cool house in this hot June/July weather. You can't go wrong with Briarwood.

I had one of my radiant floor heating zones non functional. Briarwood was able to respond with same day service and quickly repaired the issue. The tech (Steve) was very professional in manner and service, he quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair within about 45 minutes. I very much appreciate the quick resolution to our issue!

Scheduling was easy, pricing was transparent. Great service and a professional and efficient team of installers. I would have given 5 stars but there was no communication surrounding the installers running over 2 hours behind leaving us wondering if the install would happen at all. If someone could call and let customers know when this happens that would be helpful.

Worked diligently and made sure I was 100% satisfied when the work was complete. They cleaned everything up and explained all the steps on how to take care of my new furnace. Thank you.

My hot water tank died this morning. I called Briarwood this morning and they came out to look quickly. Needed new hot water tank and a few hours later it was installed. The price was very good. The technicians that came out were friendly and finished the job quickly with no mess. I highly recommend.

My hot water heater was replaced by briarwood,and after a week or so the water started to smell like rotten eggs. Steven arrived last night and install my new anode rode in 30 minutes. Totally appreciated this company. Thanks

Our 29-year-old furnace wasn’t turning on one night, so we called Briarwood first thing the next morning, and Steven arrived by 9 a.m. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He got us the next available slot for a furnace installation just two days later. Matt and Matt were extremely friendly and polite, and worked nonstop to replace our furnace in just a couple of hours. They left our basement cleaner than when they arrived!

Any problem we've ever had with heating or cooling we automatically call Briarwood. So when I came home from a trip, my house was 46 degrees & I gave them a call. Technician Stephen came the following morning and declared my furnace could not be repaired. He backed it up with pictures and gave me a quote which I felt was more than reasonable and made the appointment for installation. Until they could install the furnace, they provided me with 2 space heaters. Ian and crew showed up promptly on the assigned date & time. Within 2 & 1/2 hours my new furnace was up and running. He explained everything that they did and improved from my old system which we figured out was over 40 years old! The next day I discovered my hot water heater was out. I didn't know if it was something due to the installation or not but I called Briarwood & left a message. Within a few minutes Matt called me back and since it was on a Saturday he was on call. He came out and determined it was not their fault but cleaned the igniter and re-lit my water heater. This shows the integrity and care they show every customer. I highly recommend Briarwood Heating & Cooling for all your needs because they are definitely trustworthy!

Just had a great experience with Briarwood Heating and Cooling. I had a High Eff. Boiler that was starting to show its age and parts were becoming harder to find. After doing some research I decided I wanted to use a Lochinvar Boiler as its replacement. Briarwood is a certified Lochinvar installer and after reviewing my goals with them, we had the same vision to improve my layout of the boiler room. Install was just completed, and it looks and works amazing! Very happy with the Business and the staff I have worked with. Will be using again as pricing was fair and quality was excellent.
