Excellent service. My furnace was fixed within 10mins with detailed diagnosis. Technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
When other XYZ heating company didnt diagnose the actual problem and almost scared me that I need to replace furnace, but these guys solved the issue by replacing a simple broke switch.

I was having an issue with a furnace last weekend; Eleazar was able to come out Monday afternoon and diagnosed the problem as a issue with the motor module and quoted me the estimate and said he could be here between 12 and 2 today to fix it. He showed up at 12 on the dot and fixed it quickly, and the price was exactly what the estimate was. Highly recommended.

After coming out to change a furnace filter, we were told there was a leak in the AC line. This was last week when the temps were in the 90's. They could not find the leak after two visits, and said we needed a new AC unit to the tune of $3500. I called another company who found the leak in five minutes. I will never use this company again and will be turning them into the BBB.

We discovered the water heater leaking and called Air Heating & Refrigeration on Saturday. The repair was promptly scheduled on Monday morning. The tank is located in basement with narrow work space and path. They installed a brand new water heater and hauled away the old one in less than 2 hours, no water on floor and no scratch on the wall, very professional, efficient and hard working people. I'd definitely recommend them to people who need similar service in their area.

Air Heating has repaired an older furnace, and installed HVAC systems at our condo in Rochester and then at our new home in Ortonville. They were so professional and did such an amazing job, that we hired them to do installations at our commercial shopping center in Troy. They are professional, and their prices are reasonable. It's rare to have good honest companies you can call on repeatedly and trust to do a good job and to do them on time.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The workers were kind to my husband and I and used professionalism during the entire process. Those young men are top notch workers. Mason and Mike are the guys to have on the job. Five star

I had Levi out to my home anticipating to put in a second air conditioning unit to service the second floor. He suggested that we first try duct boosters at a much less anticipated price. It was 100% successful. Levi definitely didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need will be using him again in the future.

We have used this company several times since we moved to Rochester Hills two years ago. We had them replace our A/C unit despite them suggesting a cheaper option to fix the existing unit. They also replaced our old gas water heater (which they installed 19 years previously) and just recently they ran a gas line into our kitchen and installed our new range. They have arrived on time every time, cleaned up after themselves when they were done, and their rates have been more than fair. I like the fact that they are a locally owned family business, and my wife and I are both very happy with their prompt professional service. I will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbours.

This was the 1st time we’ve used AIR Heating and Refrigeration. We can’t say enough about the great service and professionalism of Eleazar, Jake and John. My parents water heater was leaking. We called Tuesday and by Thursday the new one was installed. They took their time and cleaned up. They are honest, care about their customers, years of experience and a great family owned business. I highly recommend them!

Furnace issues were addressed the same day. Knowledgeable with good explanations for the diagnosis. Options discussed. We decided to install a totally new furnace. The team (4 vans) arrived on time and did a great job. Took about 4 hrs. Professional, really nice guys and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Called AIR out to have a look at my water heater and they got me up and running in no time. Jack and Eric were awesome.

A big thumbs up to the team and AIR. I've been waiting just a bit to confirm that everything is in working order before posting this because I want to offer an honest review of my experience and how things are going.

In terms of my experience, things went really well with AIR. I was replacing twenty year old furnace and A/C units and had several companies offer quotes. Our AIR representative arrived on time, provided a thorough explanation of everything we needed and presented one of the most affordable quotes for quality products (not being familiar with the different options available, I did verify the selections/quality ratings online). The installation team came at the exact time promised (actually, saw one of the fellows early, waiting in his car for the whole gang to arrive). They worked HARD but delivered the entire system in one, very full, day. They were respectful of my family, my dog, and my property throughout the installation.

Everything is working swell too. The new furnace has a smaller footprint and is significantly more efficient. The furnace now vents through the side of the house vs. the chimney because so much heat is retained, it needs a lower exit point. The installation of that venting is seamless and clean. The new A/C is so much more quiet than my other unit. Both of our systems come with an exceptional warranty. We also went ahead and got the ECO BEE thermostat with wireless controls and that is really handy (especially when we go away for a few days and have that, "Did I remember to turn of the A/C " feeling and having the ability to cool the house down a bit prior to getting home has been great too).

Importantly, there are substantial rebates available for increased efficiency units and AIR submitted those documents to Consumer's Energy. Further, they reviewed with me some of the tax benefits available for when I file in the spring.

AIR Heating and Refrigeration are five stars in my book.

AIR Heating & Refrigeration was able to get to my house promptly when I had a problem with my air conditioning unit. They located the leak with a special sensor and were able to fix the leak on the exterior suction line. I am very happy with their promptness and professionalism

Great family owned and operated business. Air Heating has been out to our house for service and has always been a pleasure to work with so we called them out for a new furnace and coil. They took their time, cleaned up, and even made a house for our daughter :). Wonderful to do business with.

We usually have our heat set to 68* but woke up to the heat staying at 61* and not kicking on. We told our property management company and they booked Air Heating and Refrigeration who promptly called to set up a convenient time for their visit.

By this point my husband was able to do some troubleshooting which triggered the heat to come on. We let our property management know and they kept our appointment so that we could get a furnace certification to make sure everything was running smoothly.

The gentleman who called to book was nice and accommodating. He let us know that Ed would be out same day.

Ed was nice and went straight to work. He spoke with my husband to understand the troubleshooting that had been done. He cranked up the heat to best understand what he was working with. He checked the filter to ensure it was in good condition. Ed was professional and personable. He informed us that the company is family owned and operated. We have peace of mind that Ed was thorough and highly recommend this company!
