Thought I might have a issue with my septic system called them at 930am and they shutter up to my house by 1pm got everything all sucked out and good to go. Very professional and polite will definitely use again in 3 years when need another cleaning.

If I could give this company and staff 0 stars I would. I used these company for an event and dealing with them was terrible. Condescending liars with a stuck up attitude. No one has answers. No one gets back to you when promised and the women answering the phone were the worst group of women I ever dealt with. I would not recommend! Terrible customer service! Terrible with call backs. Terrible with keeping their word. Terrible! Find another place to rent from. Anywhere but here. Worst experience ever!!! Nasty attitudes. Not knowledgeable and not responsive. I would never use their services again! Prices are lower but you get exactly what you pay for. Terrible people and a horrible service. They truly suck. And they don’t try to help you at all!

I called several companies late on Friday night with an emergency. Most did not answer but Bob's had an emergency phone number. Stan came out as scheduled Saturday morning and not only took care of the problem he helped me understand how to prevent it in the future.

You should probably refrain from having your secretary make business decisions for the company. That behavior will cost you a lot of money and did today! Learn to tell the difference between a cold call and a business call! In case you don’t understand you live in a thank you economy now! And when you treat calllers like dirt word gets around! And it gets around fast! Have the a fantastic day!

Been renting from Bob's for about 12 years now. Never any problems and the delivery drivers have always been willing to put the potty wherever I need it!! Everything is always very clean and in great shape!!

We have been using Bob's Sanitation services for 10+ years. Stan is amazing! He has saved the day for us on many occasions/emergencies. He is quick to respond, helpful, honest, doesn't overcharge or gouge customers, does a fantastic job, and is easy to work with. He treats his customers like family.

Dave is the man. He was awesome! Very professional. Fixed our AC. We were not knowledgeable about HVAC and thought our AC was broken but it wasn’t. We just needed a new filter and Dave came by to replace it. Very knowledgeable guy. Straight shooter. You can trust Dave. He is also very prompt and will come by to assist someone much faster then anyone else. Do yourself a favor and call him if you need a repair.

This year we have had to call dave twice this year. Once for the furnace and the other for the air conditioning. Both times he arrived when he said he was going to and he fixed the problem quickly. I find his price is very reasonable and Dave to be very honest. Thank you for your help.

I had a failing furnace and gave Dave a call to come take a look at it. He came out to take a look the next day and let me know what was going on. He ended up letting me know what was going on and what it would take to fix or replace it, even though one of the options would have required him to pass me off to someone else and loose him money. I ended up deciding to let him repair it and he did a fantastic job, and cheaper than I expected from my research.

Dave is great guy. Honest through the whole process. Very fair pricing and even years after getting my new furnace he was been just a helpful whenever I needed a question asked. Recommend his work and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Would give 6 stars if I could.
