Dave just replaced my furnace and air conditioner. I called him to give me a quote after seeing how most of his reviews mentioned his honesty. Well, let me add another one! Most of the other companies I got quotes from tried to sell me bigger units than I needed at of course higher prices. Dave did a calculation and determined a smaller size would work fine, and was the only one to point out that if my unit size were upgraded then my duct work would be too small and would need to be increased in order for me get benefit. No one else mentioned this. He also did not try to sell me an expensive “maintenance” plan on my brand new units that are under warranty anyway. He was patient and answered all my questions, educating me on how the units work in as much detail as I wished. He even pointed out little cosmetic things that would result from a change in size of the footprint of my old furnace vs the new one. He clearly has the knowledge borne of extensive experience. The installation was completed on time and everything is running great. I feel that I got a fair price and great service and would highly recommend RTB Mechanical.

I turned on my air for the first time and I my unit was not functioning properly. I called Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling right before their operating hours concluded at 4:57PM and even though they were beyond busy they scheduled a service tech for the next morning. The service tech that showed up was the actual owner Dean. He was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and had my air up and running within an hour! I would highly recommend this company!

Kyle is fantastic. Texts when he’s on his way every time. Was very thorough professional. We had to call Kyle out 4 times in a week. Not because he missed something but literally 3 different parts failed within days. The last time he made multiple trips out in a single day once the new board gave him a code for the final faulty component. Stayed until he was confident the heat was finally fixed. 100% recommend Affordable Comfort

Thank you to the entire team for a super job installing my new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and thermostat. I appreciate the knowledge, skill and attention to detail that went into completing this project. The workspace was cleaned up perfectly afterward and the new arrangement of duct work, chimney attachment and piping is much more efficient than before. Great job on the outside work with a new pad under the a/c unit, new line insulation as well as flushing out the old connections. Thank you also for the explanations on maintenance, cleaning and how to work with the new humidifier. I would highly recommend them for anyone's next project.

Kyle was very professional. He did a great job in repairing my duct that had come apart. He also checked my furnace for needed repairs. He did an awesome job of explaining and showing me what is going on with my furnace.

I would absolutely recommend this company. They came out within hours of me calling, fixed my ac within 30 minutes and were very affordable. That same evening my ac went out again and they came out immediately the next morning and fixed a whole new problem. This was my first time needing a heating and cooling company so I had no idea what to expect. They were truly exceptional.

Kyle and his crew installed an entire system in our new construction project - excellent customer service. Fair pricing. Ready and willing to please. So far so good…will update as the install progresses.

Update: they started out strong, then mistakes began to occur - ie, installed wrong size furnace. Though the quality of work dropped off toward final inspection, the owner was very understandable, and more than willing to send his crew back out multiple times to make all of the corrections (and adjustments) I requested.

At the end of the day, I would recommend them to others.

Yesterday was 91 degrees and that's the day our central air stopped working. It was later in the day by the time we tried our best to figure out what was wrong. We called Affordable Comfort Heating Cooling expecting to have to leave a voice mail. They answered the phone promptly, and dispatched a tech for the next day. Kyle was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the AC unit in less than an hour. He had the capacitor on the truck, so it was a same-day fix. The price was right in line with competitors. Thanks for getting us up and running again!

Called and they came out within an hour and had my a.c fixed in minutes. They have great customer service and very knowledgeable. I love this company !!!!

After shopping around, we had our minisplit systems installed last year by Affordable Comfort. I called to have routine annual. maintenance done. Affordable comfort moved and replaced an ac unit and were ready to deal with. I got notifications every time someone was enroute and everyone was very nice and thorough. They beat everyone else with a great price too!

We were leaving the country for vacation on Sunday, January 5, we woke up at 5am to a cold house. I called affordable comfort, left a message and received a phone call at 8:15am that a tech will be at the home shortly, I gave them the details to get inside and a diagnosis was done that day with parts ordered and installed the following day. Highly recommended!!
