I Love A-OK Heating and Cooling!! They have been taking care of our family for over 10 years now. 3 different homes later and i know that they always have my families best interest in mind. wouldn't trust anyone else.

AC went out on a particularly hot and muggy night. One call to A-OK and service was set up for the next morning. service technician was friendly, efficient and explained everything he needed to do clearly. AC fiwed all is well. Thanks for a great job.

The best and most reliable team ever.
Been using their services for over 5 years and they were solid from day 1 while other companies gave me over priced estimates the prices at A-OK always stayed reasonable and the service always phenomenal.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Over-priced and scam artist OWNER named Jim. This man came out to my business and told me the unit I had needed a motor. He provided me with a quote of $764.00 at (10% off), originally quoted at $840.00. I felt this to be a bit excessive and too much for a motor so I contacted two other MAJOR companies in the area. A-ok was respectively $350.00 and $400.00 over-priced more than the 2 other major carriers who also gave me free estimates in writing. When I contacted Jim and asked why his prices were 'DOUBLE' COMPARED TO THE OTHER TWO COMPANIES', he began to bash the other companies at which point I declined his services immediately at A-Ok. The next day Jim immediately sent me a bill for $92.00 for 2 minutes of his time in providing an estimate when other companies provided free estimates and were half the price!!! The next day I reported them to the Better Business Bureau for price gouging and taking advantage of outrageous pricing and demanded a refunded outside the 'fair market value'. I caution you and warn you from using this company!!! If you do, you will regret it!!!!

Aweful company by any standard. They took 2 days to return my call and than another day to show up at 8pm to give me an estimate. They are over-priced and tried selling me something for double the price. I contacted other companies who were half the cost as A-ok. I refused their services and than received a $100.00 bill for an estimate. It seems that others have complained about this as well.

A-OK is an outstanding company. I have used them for my home and business. Their technicians are well trained, respectful, and caring about safety and quality. I would recommend their services, no matter how big or small the job may be.

We have been dealing with A-OK Cooling & Heating for several years. Initially we were looking to replace our home heating & cooling system. After comparing the products they offered along with the price, we chose A-OK. Since then, our experience with them has been exceptional. They are extremely professional and I would highly recommend them. As a side note, these days you typically have to leave a message for a contractor to call you back. A-OK has always been there and has answered the phone each time I've contacted them. That's what customer service is all about.

Have always had a wonderful experience with A-OK Cooling & Heating. I recently had a problem with my heating system. Unfortunately, it was on a Holiday weekend. I called their after hours line and got a return call quickly. The technician came out on a Sunday and within one hour was able to fix the problem and get the system running again. I would absolutely recommend A-OK to my family and friends.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by A-OK. I called their office and left a voice message. Jim called me back the same evening, and promised service first thing the following day. The technician arrived - was very polite - wore shoe covers - and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. He then explained that they had a minimum service fee for coming out...and offered to clean the vent screen on my furnace/air conditioning combination unit, all included in the initial service call.
I'm on the Board of my condo complex - and have given out A-OK's card to a number of people in the complex - and everybody has had a great experience with this company. I rate them very highly!!

I had an annoying issue with and outdoor heater I couldn't figure out and began calling professionals. Jim took the call, patiently provided his feedback, and made additional inquiries to confirm his accurate diagnosis of what needed correcting. No insistence he get paid, no "what's in it for me"?, just an experienced pro creating good will that I look forward to repaying with my business when the next issue arises - and it will. Highly, highly recommend.

Top notch service. Totally trustworthy. Hard working techs. Honest value. That went above and beyond by solving every problem installing my new A.C. unit presented, including problems they were not responsible for creating. Highly recommend you consider this company. Yeah, they're good!

They came out the same day I called and got right to work fixing our furnace! They did an amazing job at a fraction of the cost of their companies! So happy I called them and will continue to do so as needed.

These guys are great! Jim and Robert did a great job getting my rooftop unit up and running. Very professional, helpful, and quick. I appreciate the great service, will definitely call them again for my next service.

Veteran owned local business that is doing it right!
I was referred to Ryan and Jeremy when I realized that I needed to replace my furnace and ac units. Fortunately, biting the bullet for the replacement cost was the only difficult part of the process.
From the initial consultation to the final tune up on my AC today, these guys were exceptional to work with. Communication was responsive, even after hours. I may have got lucky but they were able to order equipment and install in less than a week! Everything was easy and transparent through out the process.
Good honest team to do business with!
