I called as soon as they opened on a Saturday, that just so happened to be the coldest day of the year, and had a tech out same day about an hour and a 1/2 later. Tyler was quick and polite and was able to help instal my new thermostat and even mentioned the website for possible coupons. I’m so grateful that he could come out and that it was an easy fix and well priced!

Very professional. Friendly, knowledgeable technician (Kyle). Inspected and assessed HVAC/furnace issue quickly. Explained findings in simple, layperson terms. Did not try to recommend unneeded additional services or part replacement. Reasonable prices for services rendered. Would definitely recommend this business for all HVAC related services.

Nathan, Scott and Greg went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our furnace and AC installation. I can’t say enough good things about the craftsmanship and customer service from all the C&C employees I worked with. They answered all of my questions and walked me through their installation. I would highly recommend C&C for their quality of work and fantastic customer service.

Scheduling was easy and they came out the same day I called. Barry (our tech) was great - He was friendly, helpful, and very thorough in fixing our furnace. I appreciated him sharing his knowledge, making sure I understood what the problems were and how he fixed them.

Kelly came out to do a regular check up/maintenance on my furnace + hot water tank. She was professional + personable.
("Service with a Smile") Im happy to say, both are safe + in good working order. I had a new furnace + AC unit put in by C+C in Nov. 2022. I'm very happy with the company + the service they provide. I will continue to use them in the future as needed.

I had a great experience, a bit disappointed with the results but our system is old. Dzemil was a great help, he told us we need a new system (which is true) but gave us a few options to get by for now. Not in the position to get everything new right now. We are leaving for the weekend and got us functional while we are gone. They didn’t overcharge us and we are opting for an inspection (if the exchanger isn’t cracked and safe we will repair) and new system quote. He seemed trustworthy. Overall good experience.

I just wanted to say how wonderful this company is! Samuel and Juan came to my grandparents house and took care of the vents. They were kind cordial and so informative. My Grandmother is wheelchair bound and they took the time to get her blankets so when they turned the heat off she would be warm. They worked quickly and well. I wish we could afford to pay them 1000000$ because they deserve it:)

Great service, Tyler did a fantastic job answering all my questions and walking me through the process and explaining what he was doing. Gave me awesome advice and showed me products relevant to the issues I was having. C&C moved quick to get an appointment (same day) and were reasonably priced for the service.

The service we received was excellent as usual. This is our second time receiving phenomenal service from this company. Our service professional, who installed our new water heater was Nick! The technical professionalism that we received was incredible he explained the process before he began, and he apologized in advance for getting the basement floor dirty & offered to clean up after he has installed the water heater ( which we graciously declined) . After the water heater was installed, Nick gave an excellent tutorial on how to adjust the settings and what each part of the water heater function was for and he let us know about what to expect And how long we should wait before using the hot water. We highly recommend C & C Heating and Air Conditioning !

Kevin was my tech for this appointment and he was phenomenal. We had an issue with our condensate pump and Kevin literally worked for two hours fixing the issue, but doing it for the lowest possible expense to me as possible. This has always been our experience with C&C each time we’ve called them. Kevin was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He absolutely exceeded my expectations on this call and I’m very thankful for his help. C&C clearly works hard to find the best field techs, because our last tech Steve was also the same. Thank you C&C!

My first time using C&C. It was an unexpected emergency furnace repair and I had to act fast. I read their glowing reviews online, their 70+ years in business, and that they serviced my area. They were able to fit me in asap, and within the hour Noah appeared, ready to save the day.....and he did. Very professional and knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced, I thought. Amazing service! The furnace went down on Christmas Eve, and they were out within an hour. My technician Tony was very knowledgeable and did a great job servicing my furnace. My furnace did come back up before he got there, but he did a complete inspection to make sure the unit was running properly, and also an inspection of the heat exchanger to ensure there was no dangerous carbon monoxide poisoning coming out. While he was there, I had him do a full tune-up and would definitely be calling them back to do work in the future. Thanks for all you do; keep it up!

Matt and his team recently installed our new Carrier furnace and A/C unit and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
