Couldn’t recommend this company enough. I had 3 others come to look at my furnace. Tyler was the last called and the first to show up. He also was incredibly transparent and quick to give his honest analysis. He fixed it right while the others offered the cheaper/temporary fix. So being a contractor most of my life I've worked on everything including furnaces . Yesterday my furnace was down at my shop and i drew a blank so while searching for a repair company all i really needed was help diagnosing the problem. Tyler popped on my feed I was like ok ... sent him a text he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone I ordered the part and back up and running. We both won that day.

Furnace was making a knocking sound for a week and then during the middle of the night the carbon monoxide detector went off. They came out right away and were able to measure CO in furnace (non critical level, but leaking) and the heat exchanger was showing evidence of possible crack or leak. We replaced the 19 yr old furnace and they gave us a great price on a 2 stage high efficiency furnace and installed it the next day. Excellent Job and we are very happy with the new furnace.
