I started my professional life in blue collar work, so I admittedly am fairly critical of services I pay to come into my house and do work. With that said, I have never been more confident a job was done correctly than I was with this furnace and AC replacement. Ed came out and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and I could tell right away this was the company I wanted to work with. I could not recommend them more. The team put on a masterclass of doing a job the right way.

I had a great experience with Great Lakes Heating and Cooling! My furnace stopped working on a Friday at 5:00 pm in February. Tyler came out at 8:00 pm to see why it wasn’t working. He was very polite and professional. I could tell right away he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He figured out the circuit board was bad. He somehow maneuvered the furnace so I could have heat for the night. He was back out first thing in the morning with a circuit board and fixed the furnace. I was so appreciative of him. If you’re looking for great service I highly recommend Great Lakes Heating and Cooling.

We had a great experience with Great Lakes Heating and Cooling, and especially with Tyler. We’ve owned our home for just over four years, and as first-time homebuyers, we admittedly were a bit ignorant when it came to some of the routine maintenance needed to keep everything running smoothly. Now that we have a baby, making sure our home is safe and functioning properly has become even more important to us.

Tyler came out on a Sunday to take a look at our furnace, which we truly appreciated. From the start, he eased our minds and reassured us that we weren’t the only homeowners who had overlooked some of these maintenance tasks. He took the time to break everything down in a way we could actually understand and clearly explained what was causing the noises we had been hearing.

He was very thorough with doing his assessment of the situation and gave honest information and options to get the situation rectified and because of all his professional output we decided to purchase a brand new Heating and Cooling system from C&C. The process from the beginning to the end was very satisfactory. I highly! Recommend C&C not just a five-star company but a 100,000 and beyond star company!

I called C&C for same day service when we could not get our furnace to light, and I am so thankful I did. Noah was our service technician, and he was so knowledgeable is diagnosing our furnace issue. He did not rush the diagnosis, which I really appreciated. There were multiple potential issues but based on the conversation, we were sure we narrowed it down to the right one. Not only did Noah provide us assistance with the furnace, but he also made us aware of some other issues related to how our furnace and water heater were installed, as well as what we needed to look for if the way they were installed were to cause failure in the future. My furnace stopped producing heat; we noticed it at 7pm Thursday evening, of course, after business hours. I was on the website, and a chat-bot started dialogue, asking what I needed. I explained that the furnace stopped producing heat, and the chat-bot offered me an appointment for the following morning btwn 8am-noon. Of course, I accepted. Noah texted before 8am and said he was on his way, and arrived promptly at 8am. He diagnosed the problem, did a temp fix to give us heat immediately, went out to obtain the required part, and was done by 10:30 am. SUPERB SERVICE! Would highly recommend.

Over the weekend our furnace was acting up, so I called a couple HVAC companies, and the first person to call me back was Kevin from C & C Heating and Cooling. I described the situation over the phone, and Kevin gave me some great advice, so I decided to wait till Monday morning for him to come out and check the situation. The next day, Kevin came out and checked our furnace thoroughly and indicated that it did not pass the safety check and had to shut down the furnace.The next morning, David R from C & C came out to discuss options and financing. He was very knowledgeable and suggested the right type and model for our condo (and we also needed a new air conditioner, as both units were at least 20 years old). He also suggested financing and explained everything very thoroughly. Since we had no heat, he called the office and scheduled their technician team to come out the very next morning. And indeed they did. I was very impressed with both Kevin and David R……. and our new furnace!! I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend C & C Heating and Cooling!

C&C was able to meet my scheduling needs and come out the same day. Antonio provided knowledgeable assistance, was very thorough looking though our furnace, and did a great job with our yearly maintenance and fixing an additional problem to make sure it was running at optimal performance. I highly recommend and we will be calling them again.

Awesome, Awesome service. David was our sales rep, he came in, new what needed to be done. Confident in what was needed. Made me comfortable, was able to right up an estimate on the spot. I was so happy to finally have someone in my home who was straight forward. After four different companies came out, two still waiting on quotes. So glad we choice C&C to do the work. David sat at my table laid everything out for us we signed everything right then. He came on September 18, 2024 work is finished on September 19, 2024 one day later. His crew was awesome their we're five guys that came at 8:30am done by 5pm. We have a duplex so the install was for two units. All trash hauled away nothing left for me to clean up. Very nice workers all five of them, explained to me and my husband how to work everything. We're also getting a rebate for our new furnaces. No other company offered that. Over all would recommend this company to anyone I know that needs this type of service done. Thank you David, and C & C Heating for your professionalism, and fast work. So far everything is going good, we haven't had central air for four years. Feels really nice and cool on this warm day.

My experience with C&C was nothing short of amazing. I had a technician out within 24 hours of my call. Noah did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the issue with my furnace. He walked me through the issues and the remediation. He was able to complete the service in about 60 minutes! Will definitely use C&C in the future!

Kev was great. He was extremely thorough in his assessment of the furnace and spent a lot of time checking it out and making sure that there was no issues. If I could have him every single time when my furnace or air conditioner needs to be looked at I would be extremely happy.

Tyler was amazing as always. He is very knowledgeable and works swiftly, allowing me to go about my day. This was my yearly furnace tune-up appointment. He is very respectful of my home and does his job professionally.

I needed a new control board for my air conditioner. They "tried " to charge me $1,100 the sub contractor claimed that he had to leave for 20 minutes to go buy materials that he needed and if l could pay him half before he left. I politely told him that he's leaving I'm not so why should I pay half. When he so called left for 20 minutes I call the company and cancel. He was trying to get his half first then the company would get there half later. My best friend sent a person who she uses and he only charged for $500.00 for everything. I Thank GOD l canceled with C&C.

My whole experience of getting a new air conditioner/furnace system from C&C was TOP TIER! When multiple other companies never returned my calls, I’m so glad I contacted C&C first! I initially called to have a technician come repair/diagnose my air conditioner. A tech showed up two hours after my request (in the middle of summer) and determined my unit was beyond repair. The tech connected me with a project manager, Bryan, who came out to give quotes and explained all of my options in great detail. He also went the extra mile by sharing the company (family owned) history with me. I spent a few weeks contemplating, but knowing the character and qualifications behind the company is what finally convinced me of my choice. I texted Bryan that I was sold. He called me immediately and was able to schedule my install QUICKLY so that I didn’t have to endure any more 90 degree days without a/c. Install day - the crew arrived at 830am SHARP and had my air working at exactly 630pm. They were clean, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and informative. Even after a longggg day, all 3 technicians happily walked me through the new equipment, showed me how to use and maintain, and answered all of my questions. I am so grateful for this whole experience and HIGHLY reccomend C&C to anyone and everyone!

Barry, checked my furnace and gave me a quote on a part and will have someone out to talk to me about getting a new furnace. I was surprised that I had to pay $125 for him coming out to give me a quote. As I was not informed prior. It would of been nice to know that ahead of time. I thought that the price was a little steep for an estimate. Other wise Barry was very nice and informative.
