Kevin was super knowledgeable and able to diagnose my furnace issue quickly. He had the part available and fixed it all in one trip. Kevin also provided some helpful tips/tricks to save me money in the future. I highly recommend C&C Heating & Air Conditioning!

The technician was here when they promised. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Went right to work checking several aspects of the job and explained what he was doing. When he was finished, he quoted me a price for what I wanted and explained the different choices. He cleaned up and was on his way to the next customer.

We endured no heat through some of the coldest days so far in 2025/2026 🥶 I was so nervous calling out a technician but couldn’t take it anymore! The staff was very friendly and understanding and came out right away our technician “Sal” was very polite,understanding and knowledgeable and educated us as well as giving efficient service, thank you so much for all of your help! I highly recommend and will definitely call them first in the future if I need too!

Amazing from initial call for help with Lisa in the office. Called just before close they set up appointment for the next morning at my request. Let me know he was coming including name and picture of Technician. Sal took time to diagnose, showed me the issues, completed tbe repair with the utmost professionalism. The pricing g was mire then fair. Would highly recommend these folks!

We called this company on a Saturday for an after hours emergency repair trip. They arrived so quickly and resolved our issues and got our furnace working right away. Our technician, Mike, was great and even showed us how to clean our flame sensor ourselves by doing it for us. Great company. Highly recommend

Technician immediately diagnosed the defective part on my furnace. Then hadn't ordered the part for replacement and it arrived 24 hours later. Might I add my furnace is 35 years old ... so part had to be ordered... My Technician was friendly ,emphatic and knowledgeable. Once part arrived ..Technician returned to my home 🏡... installed new part ...he was finished in 25 to 45 minutes ... tops ..yes ! Great service.

David was on time, professional, & knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me thru the entire process what would need to be done, how long it would take, and provided specifics on all the materials and equipment. The cost quoted appear to be very reasonable and am looking forward to potentially hiring C and C to do the work needed in my home.

I seen a commercial on TV for buy an AC unit and get a furnace free. So I called to get an estimate. Brian cam out within a couple days. He was courteous friendly and helpful with regard to how furnaces work. I liked that he was not pushy and he was just informative with my questions and did not spend all day talking about a product or his company although I did ask a few questions about the company and he answered them.

I've used C&C for years at my father-in-laws, and this was the first time at my own home. Doug T performed a tuneup on my furnace today and he was great! Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. When he was completed he took the time to explain all of his finding in terms that both my wife and I could understand easily. I would highly recommend C&C for all of your HCAC needs!

David was able to stop by for a same day quote and listened to my needs and explained my options. It should work much better for my quad level. C&C has installed both new equipment and serviced my equipment through the years and took good care of me in emergencies. So I liked the quote and getting a new AC and Furnace installed in a few days. I didn’t really expect for it happen that fast but very pleased, I highly recommend David and C&C Heating for your needs.

Update: the furnace and AC was installed by Eric and the team in one day. Very satisfied with the craftsmanship and professionalism.

I was able to get an appointment for a technician to come out quickly to install a furnace humidifier. Nick was polite, professional, and did a great job of making sure I was aware of the work that he did and how to maintain the unit he installed. I would definitely use them again. Pricing was very fair in my opinion.

Tyler came out and was thorough and knowledgeable. This is a new home for me, and he took time to answer some infrastructure and HVAC questions. I felt comfortable with the work, and appreciate the extra time he took to explain things for me. I would definitely have C&C back for maintenance or any issue without hesitation.

My furnace went out after losing power and Doug came out and needed to replace a transformer. He was up front about cost and was pleasant to work with. Completed the job in a timely manner so that my family and I could have our heat back on. Great work Doug! Happy client over here!

KELLY was absolutely wonderful she came to do maintenance on our furnace and found a problem and fixed it on the spot. C&C definitely is the place to call if you want top notch service. They also have a membership program which covered my maintenance today.

The technician Sam was great at his job and he had another person with them learning the ropes. They both worked well together and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. They completed the job and our dryer vent was cleaned thoroughly. Courteous company with all involved. I would recommend them to others and would use them again when needed.

Tyler was great from beginning of the service to the end. He kept me informed of his progress along the way and answered any questions that I had. He was courteous, neat, and very professional. I would have him in my home again at any time! he installed a new home humidifier on my furnace, and I am very pleased with the outcome!

I called C&C at 7:15 am and someone answered, I had a tech at my home@9am, fixing my issue, he spent almost 2 hrs doing everything that it needed, more attention to details than others in the past. I learned a lot and he didn’t seem to mind me watching him work. It is hard to find a good HVAC company, and I’m 100% sure I finally found them.

My husband has used this company for service for years. The pricing always seemed fair and the service was good. However, we had a warranty claim on a hot water tank last week and we feel they overcharged. We paid around 1400 for a hot water tank and install 5 years ago. Last week we needed a warranty claim because the tank rusted and failed early. They charged us $1200 for the labor on the warranty claim. Almost just as much as for the whole tank and install we bought 5 years ago! Please explain how that is reasonable? Do you think anyone reading this review will find that reasonable? Looking at the other recent reviews, it seems their pricing has gone up. A lot.

We had an amazing experience with C&C, our furnace went out due to a power outage, same day they came out to diagnose the issue, and 2 days later come to repair. Tyler was very knowledgeable ,and professional and gave us tips/ideas of things we can do around the home when we begin to renovate to help our heating and cooling system.

So impressed, not only were Jeremy and Kyle professional and kind they were meticulous with every detail of the installation. They even cleaned the floor before installing the new unit. They took there time and made sure I was happy. They explained everything about the system. As a teacher, I was also impressed by Jeremy not just doing but teaching Kyle why he was doing certain things. These two really are an amazing team. I also have to say that the sales representatives that came out was great too. He didn't try to sell me the best unit. He told me what I needed and let me decide. I really appreciate that.

When he got here just by his personality I could tell that he was very friendly and knowledgeable! And he was! He went above and beyond helping me with my furnace! He took his time, he explained things to me, showed me what he was doing. We even talked about our health and che gave me some good advice! A very pleasant man! I will use C&C heating and air conditioning from now on! No one else! He gets a 10 in my book! I have never met somebody who comes to fix a furnace or any kind of Appliance as nice and friendly as him! I recommend C&C heating and air conditioning to any and everybody!
