Great service! A/C went out in the middle of the night during hot weather, called Arrow before 7 on Saturday morning. Call was returned at 7:40, and a technician was here to diagnose the problem at about 9 am. Came back with a new motor at 1 pm. Courteous, pleasant and prompt!

Arrow Heating & Cooling installed split unit air conditioners in my house. Their installation crew was professional, punctual, friendly, and great to have in my house for eight days.I strongly recommend them and will use them for future work.

Had Arrow out to replace my chimney liner for the furnace. Fast response and knowledgeable staff. We're lower priced than if I were to try and get the parts myself and tackle the job. I like that they are no bs and are fair I will use them again!

Not wanting to get scammed by a flashy salesman, I researched home HVAC information online for a couple weeks before getting quotes. Learned a lot about brands, sizing, proper installation, what is needed and what to avoid. What makes sense and what is a waste of money. After sitting down with the owner Chris I realized quickly he was going to get my business. His recommendations were spot on with everything I was reading. No upselling, no song and dance. But a job like this is only as good as the install and I can't say enough good things about the experienced and professional team that showed up. So impressed with everything about this company.

Chris the owner is a great guy and helped me out in a jam. My furnace needed a heat exchanger which is an expensive repair and he gave me the best price out of everyone else in the area. He was very honest and squeezed in my repair in an extremely timely manner even though he was booked on the schedule for a month. I would highly recommend Arrow for any repairs or new equipment.
