My furnace died on a Sunday, during a winter cold snap. I called this company bc their sticker was on the furnace. I left a message with their after hours service, who told me I’d get a call on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I never received a call back from them.

Oh my god what a great job these guys did cleaning my duct work. I have an old house from 1925 it had inches of dust and who knows what in the vents .they were able to clean it all out and make it like new again no more dust in this house. They were very knowledgeable and knew their business. I’ll recommend them but can’t use them again for years because they did such a great job . These are the guys you want to call ...

We bought our first furnace from these people, and have dealt with them ever since (12+ years). Reliable technicians (Dave is great), and regular service reminders. They put in the extra effort to get our heat working in the winter and keep the AC on in the summer.

Sal is my technician and has been great. He is the reason I am with Hinson. Very knowledgable, always offers sound advice and never tries to up-sell you on anything. He comes twice a year, once for the ac unit and once for the funace to check on these appliances. Always curtious, friendly and very conscientious about not leaving a mess behind. If you go with Hinson, ask for Sal.
