My Husband and I signed agreement with Hinson 3 years ago I think to come twice a year to check our air conditioning and furnace so they run more efficiently and saves us money on our electric and gas bills.

Salwan Toma has been our Service Tech since we signed agreement with your company. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is very kind, respectful,and experienced in his work,and believe it or not, I always hope when the time comes each season it is Sal that appears. He never leaves here without advising me on what he did and what we should be doing between visits.Also, like the fact that he is still working for your company,(hope that does not change), makes me comfortable knowing he will be the one person from your company that I have the pleasure of working with twice a year!

Please know that I appreciate your whole company and the people you hire! ( but would prefer it only be Sal you send ).

Hinson company and its techs are my home repair specialists. Sal has serviced

There is a club membership that's about $10/month and it includes a spring and fall checkup. Well worth it. It also give you a discount when you need a repair (or a filter).

Sal was the guy that stopped by today. Great guy, friendly, explained everything he did and also took care of a rusting issue I have in my furnace.

Sal and Company was awesome. They were thoughtful, on time and thorough in their work. Both Sal and the technician that came went above and beyond the scope of work. I joined their annual membership and will be using them from this point forward. Very pleased and based on my two experiences with them so far I would recommend them.

After joining the Service Club with C&C Heating and Air Conditioning I scheduled my spring tune-up and Sal from Hinson showed up. I didn't know that these companies belong together. Anyway, Sal did a great job. Very knowledgeable guy and he spend quite some time on patching my old A/C unit. I am very pleased with the service overall.

Sal was phenomenal! Our A/C died during the hottest point in the summer. We checked with a total of five A/C companies, but Sal was the most patient and knowledgeable representative. He clearly explained our options, encouraged us to do as much research as possible prior to our purchase, and was extremely patient in explaining the technicalities of A/C and Furnace. He even gave us his personal cell phone number to call him with any questions. Most of all, Sal operated with the highest integrity and kept his word by coming back to our home after instillation to answer all of our questions. Sal is a true professional with a heart of service.

I called a total of 5 different servicers to get a quote to due routine maintenance and cleaning of my furnace and AC units. 2 never answered the phone, and 2 were willing to book me at $200 dollars or more. I called Critical Heating & Cooling and Ms. Toni was no BS on why I should wait to service my AC and thoroughly explained why but did say they would be able to service my furnace for a fraction of the price I was quoted from other commercial servicers AND!!!!! Critical Heating and Cooling integrity would not allow them to book me for services that would likely harm my system over time. That alone spoke volumes! A week later my water heater decided to give out. I called John to come take a look and he quoted me a reasonable price if I was able to buy my own water heater. Within a few hours I had a new water heater installed and the old one carried away. Both times John came to my home, was professional, very easy to work with and was thorough with services. 10 out of 10, will be referral Critical Heating & Cooling and I definitely will work with Critical Heating & Cooling again
