It’s the long, holiday weekend, 90 degrees and climbing. Despite that, Lomasney and Sons were responsive to my emergency. Paul came out on July 3rd exactly at our appointment time. He was very professional, removed his shoes when he entered the home and wore a mask. I have used this company in the past. They are very professional and have competitive prices. I highly recommend them.

Mike and the guys at Lomasney are great to work with. Appointments are on time, work is quality and Mike is just a genuinely nice guy. Would HIGHLY recommend Lomasney for all the HVAC needs you might have. Customer service after the install as well. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Thanks again Mike for everything.

We were recommended this company by a loved one. I love supporting local and family businesses, but this one really let us down. Still dealing with this sham of a "business" over 1.5 years later.

Spoiler alert: Don't work with them unless you get everything they say verbally IN WRITING. Otherwise, they might send debt collectors after you.

Stay with me, we had 2 house calls from them back in May 2024. The first one went as expected, we had a service done on our A/C and paid them accordingly.

A short period of time later, we called them back for the same issue. The tech they sent out was there for 5 minutes max, telling me he was in a hurry to get to some event. I don't recall precisely what he did to the unit, but I know he *very clearly* DID say that he was not going to charge us that day.

I had my credit card actually in my hand, holding it out to pay him. And I asked him if he was sure TWICE. He was literally halfway out the door when he yelled behind his shoulder "yes!" and jogged to his car. (Looking back, I'm a complete idiot for not asking him to state that in writing.)

Imagine my surprise when we received a bill later for over $100. I called the business and explained everything to them that happened, they said they would confirm with the tech.

Long story short, after months of no action, we JUST received a letter from a debt collector on behalf of this company (it's late January 2026). Yes, over 1.5 years later.

I don't know if the tech legitimately forgot he told me we didn't owe them for that visit (he was very obviously in a rush that day). Or, if he lied to his boss after making an offer he shouldn't have. Regardless, I DO know what the tech told me.

The whole experience of working with these folks has been extremely distasteful. Shame on them.
