After being left on hold for over 15 minutes I hung up and called A & E Appliance. From the look of the other reviews, that was a good idea.

Horrible customer service!! Representative hung up on me several times just calling to ask a few simple questions. They will never get a dime of my company's money!!

This place kept me on hold forever. When someone came to the phone I could hardly understand him. Finally after I gave him all the information he tells me he can't order my part because they are a wholesaler! Nowhere does it say this on their advertisement. What a tremendous waist of time!

I bought my air conditioner from Lomasney & Sons 13 years ago. They were prompt and professional, and fair with pricing. No problems with it until this year, when a minor problem caused it to go out. Again, they were prompt, professional, and fair with pricing.

My condensing unit went out on a Sunday. It was not really hot, so I waited until Monday morning to call. The tech showed up same day and had the unit running within 30 minutes. The tech was very friendly and through. Great service!

On Thursday July 2nd at 5 PM, our A/C stopped working. I called several companies for assistance and no help was available until the following Monday or Tuesday. I called Lomasney and Sons, and Paul came out the following day (July 3rd) to evaluate the problem. He gave us options to repair or replace. We decided to replace the system. On Monday, July 6, Mike was here and installed a complete new AC system. Phenomenal customer service. No pressure. Very informative. Competitive pricing. They just did a great job.
