Mike always does a great job when he comes to my place. He’s very thorough and no matter what “accidents” my pup may make, he always gets the job done and my carpet looks like new! He even cleaned my two bedrooms, plus my outdoor carpet on my balcony for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend his services.

I've used Dry Green on 3 occasions. The first time I was pleased with my carpet and upholstery cleaning. So after a year, I expected the same great service. However the second cleaning left much to be desired but I chalked it up to needing new carpet. I recently utilized their home improvement/handy man services and was left with a mess and incomplete job. Paint splatter all over a window, left sawdust everywhere, cement applied very carelessly etc. After reaching out to the technician Shawn directly on multiple occasions with no response I've had to reach out to another company to have the work completed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt initially because they were a small black-owned business and I wanted to support. I also made the mistake of paying in full. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere. They don't work with integrity.

Service was terrible ! I paid for a carpet cleaning of my business and he didn’t clean anything left. He cleaned my 2500 sqft in about 25 mins and left it worse than it was.

I’ve never left a review before but this experience was so upsetting that I had to. I’ve never had a company come in and clean my carpets in less than 5 minutes. He left the carpets worse than what they were to begin with. Completely soaked..it’s going to take days to dry if we’re lucky.

My beige carpets are 30 years old and #1 Cleaning Experts made my pet stained carpets look brand new! I am amazed! They even cleaned my old couch and floor rugs. Highly recommend!
