Olivia and her team are so professional and thorough. They made sure our office was not only clean but sanitary. I rarely leave reviews but this review is well deserved. Olivia, the owner of the company, is beyond professional. I had to do an emergent clean out after my tenant passed away and needed to remove all things from this rental property. Olivia went over and beyond to get this done for me! Bear in mind, I don’t live in Detroit but Olivia, who has so much integrity and is so honest, did everything to make this process seamless for me. She provided exceptional service! I will work with her from now on with all my property clean outs and have begun recommending her to all fellow investors in the Detroit area.
