This is by far the best experience I’ve had with Orkin. DJ was the one who worked on my house. He was very thorough. Looked at everything and explained what I could do around the house. Highly recommend DJ helping with your home needs.

Orkin has taken care of me for a while. Their staff is patient and knowledgeable. If we have any issues at all they work hard to fit us in where they can. Very positive experience.

Every time someone came out they didn't do much they spray outside the house but didn't do much on the inside. For a year each representative did something different and had different things for us to do the problem only got worse. One gut said it was his 2nd day and he only came out with a spray bottle... its been over a year and i refuse to keep paying for the problem to get worse... I'll pay them off but I can't afford them and still have the same problem I already had

Awful service. It is definitely not like it used to be. They sent two different representatives to my house who did not have the equipment needed to do the job. Such bad service. The guy they sent today said it was his 3rd day on the job and he didn’t know if what he had would work. The thing is, Orkin charges you Everytime they come out.

The technician that comes to my house is great! He always asks if there are any areas I am specifically concerned about and remembers from one time to the next what my focus was the last time. He is very nice, and always gets in and out quickly, apologizing for bothering me (which he never does).
The service itself is very accommodating, never giving me a hard time if I have to switch dates or need an extra application due to seasonal infestations.

Orkin showed up quickly, gave me a thorough inspection, a complete explanation and went to work immediately and cured the problem!
I would use this company again in the future & recommend them to everyone.

Great service deserves more reviews than bad service. It seems like only bad service get all the attention but these guys were great. Professional, timely, thorough, & their efforts actually worked!!

After posting an A star review for the services I got from Orkin, LLC this past Monday, much to my surprise and disappointment, I just learned at looking at my credit card statement that you all DOUBLE CHARGED me for the services. I specifically told the service rep before you sent the inspector out to my home when she insisted that I give you my credit card number NOT to charge my card and that I would be paying by cash, which I did -- cash on hand to your inspector after he completed the job on Monday, October 28, 2024 at my home. Please CORRECT this or I will be sure to let the public know that Orkin cannot be trusted when it comes to entrusting you with customers' money. I have also disputed the charge with my bank. You should not have double charged me for this service!

This is horrible company that overcharged me 225.00 twice and they weren’t unapologetically about it at all. They had no care in the world that were deceiving and stealing someone’s money. They are lackadaisical and full of it. Do not trust them.

Young man that came out explain everything too he showed us everything that we needed to see and he took care of the problem I think his name is Nick

Great service. Had a problem with one of the cleaning technicians, and wasn’t happy with my cleaning service, called the company and manager came himself to the rescue and did a very great job. I recommend you book with Orkin and ask for Jimmy he does a very good job. Special thanks to Jimmy and Orkin for making me happy with my service.

Orkin treated my home for yellowjackets and said they’d return in two days to remove the nest but never came back. After I called, they told me it would be another eight days — while people were still getting stung. I had to hire another company that fixed the issue immediately. I left multiple messages canceling with Orkin, yet they ignored them and still sent my account to collections. Very disappointing service and communication.

John was absolutely fantastic when he serviced our commercial property today. He was kind, professional, and incredibly informative.

His positive attitude genuinely put a smile on my face and made the experience a delight.

I would not recommend them for mice extermination, I called them out and the only thing they did was put mice traps down, glue traps and the traditional traps, I paid $200 for them to come out and do something I could’ve did myself and not one mouse has been caught using their traps, I actually seen a mice run right across one and didn’t get caught, also they also do inspection of the home to see the entry points which makes it seem worth the fee they charge you to come out but they don’t give you the assessment in an email so it’s pointless to me

Scam!! Scam!! Scam!!! Where to begin!!?? This location is a huge scam also false advertisement signing up they told me if I paid a certain amount I'll get 8 treatments with payment they sent someone out the 2nd time I'm thinking it comes with the package they tried to charge me 100$ They did not take care of the problem at all!! Both time they didn't do much!!! I even told them where the source was they never fully checked it out instead they kept saying they didn't see anything but when I checked the traps I seen plenty!!!! When I called they did not try to fix the problem at all but instead tried to bill me for the last visit that they didn't do anything on!! Do not waste your time or money!!! They don't care!!!! #Scam!!!!!!!!

We hired them for two locations of our business for moth control. After a few months and almost $2,000 in charges they didn't find any moths. I found that odd since I supplemented their traps with my own cheap Chinese traps. My cheap traps were catching loads of moths. When I confronted them about this, they acknowledged that they had been using the wrong traps. They offered to give me 1 free month. I told them that I didn't think it was fair to have paid so much for their service when it did nothing and requested instead to get a full credit of all my payments towards future service since they didn't actually do anything on their previous visits. They stopped returning my calls since then. I've been leaving messages with Chris and he promised to call back on multiple occasions but has not.

The image I'm attaching is of a cheap chinese trap I got on aliexpress. I have a few of these up and they did catch moths so clearly I have a moth problem. I even showed them that their trap was inches away from this one and did not catch anything.

This place has such stupid way of doing business. I called to have someone come out to my business for an ant problem. They said someone would call me back to schedule. I waited until the next day and nobody had called. I called back and they said that sometimes it takes 48 hours to get a call back but they would transfer me right away to someone who could set up an appointment. I was then told that I was scheduling for someone to come out to do an inspection and give me a quote. The service wouldn’t be performed that day. If I approved the quote, they would then schedule to have someone come out to do the work. No thanks. I don’t have days to waste for ants. I called someone else, he came out immediately that day and serviced my building right away.

Cleaning is excellent high recommend
