I used RCO cleaning a couple days ago and they did an amazing job. For next time, their prices are reasonable and their service is outstanding. I strongly recommend them.

Overall I'm not happy with The Employees of Orkin, unreturned calls, when I have been able to speak to a human rather than a voicemail, I've found that they are rude and uncaring of my concerns- asked several times for Saturday appointments, fell on deaf ears, asked kindly to use only the driveway door, again only go to my front door, Orkin came highly recommended from family and friends that use Orkin, however outside of Jason it's left a horrible bitter taste for me- I started with a kind man Jason, who was very informative, and compassionate to my concerns- however when I spoke to apparently one of the managers Jason returned- (on a Saturday) Jason is the Epitome of Customer Service! Orkin should be proud to have him working for them! He's the only reason I continue to use Orkin, however Jason stops coming I am done with Orkin and their rude employees!

Done with them. After 7 years with this company! They came over banging on my door for a late autopay?? They didnt even notify me until 2 months after the aledged service. My cc on file must have expired. I had family visiting from out of town who were in my living room, when we opened the door he walked right in our home! My BIL thought we should have called the police rather than pay. What an obnoxious way to collect. Shame on them! No we were not intimidated. Send the guy back here again and we will call the police.

Never again I would call them they have been coming to my home for 5 months and it was all a waist of cash money don’t call them they are not going to make a difference for your home they come and spray and go 10 min without any real treatment they do not use real treatment anymore not like back in the day so your treatment will not work don’t use them

The person that booked the appointment and the technician who came to my home were both very professional and friendly. The technician called to ask if he could come early and so far I’m very happy.

The technician pulled in my driveway, sat in his truck for 20 minutes, never came to the door or did the service. Then he left and I got an email stating my service was complete. Will be calling the office in the morning as it is now after hours.

The service was not worth it at all, I am very upset. It has been 2 months since my service and till today I see spiders every single day. I specifically asked for spiders control service but no improvement at all. I would not recommend to anyone, waist of money!
