Great communication, service, and price. Tree looks great and they went above and beyond to clean the my yard / my neighbors yard after the job.

Highly recommend HotShot tree service! They removed a tree in our backyard that had half fallen on our garage and got rid of a overgrown bush/tree out front. We couldn't be happier with the work Matt and his crew did. Also Kaitlyn in the office was great to deal with! 😊

My basement carpet got soaked from a flood. They were able to come over 2 days later to de-odorize the carpet. After about a week, they came back to retreat the carpet. The basement never smelled fresher!! Highly recommend!!

I've had my carpet cleaned for years by Hagopian, Stanley Steamer, etc, and hands down, and this has been the BEST experience I've had. There was a grease stain in my carpet Hagopian has tried to get out for months. One call with USA Carpet and the issue is resolved. I highly, highly recommend this company. I will never go back to anyone else.
