Was due for some general steam cleaning of furniture, rugs and basement carpet - USA Carpet Care did not disappoint. I called a few places and they were the most flexible with a great rate. Spoke with Dave on the phone and he was very friendly. The day of service they were on-time and swift. The walk-through was a nice touch at the end to make sure all my requests were completed. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

USA carpets clean my carpets after my dog, chewed an aloe plant and made a disaster. It was incredible. They did such a great job and the carpet looked like new. Very professional, I would highly recommend them for any carpet or upholstery cleaning that you need done!

I can’t say enough about these wonderful guys. I had moved my furniture and things all off of my carpeting except for my couch and a chair because I was having a company come to clean my carpet this morning. Those people canceled on me. I googled other carpet cleaners to try to get someone to come today. This wonderful man from USA CARPET CLEANING fit me in between other cleanings so that I wouldn’t have to put stuff back and not get a cleaning. These guys did a wonderful job. Very, very thorough and quick. They even mopped up any water that was on my hard flooring on their way out of the door. They are going to be my regular “go to guys.” Very pleased customer!!!

The technicians who came out to clean my carpet did an awesome job. All the marks on the carpet got up. They were fast, reliable, they showed up when they said they were going to show up they cleaned up after themself, very professional, they paid attention to all the little details. They did not make any marks on my walls , as other carpet cleaners have done in the past.
