Our hot water heater at the office was down. Expert Heating&Cooling and their excellent service (Dave H) professional was able to get us some hot water temporarily until a final permanent fix could be performed. Grateful for the same-day service, the fair pricing, and the promise to make the repair more of a permanent solution.

Have had great experiences working with expert heating and cooling. They installed our HVAC system in the winter of 2020-2021, which was an emergency situation - the install was done quickly and efficiently. Getting regular maintenance of the system from their technicians ever since has been excellent.

We have been using Expert Heating and cooling for several years now service has always been tops. Our business requires immediate attention when we have a heating or cooling problem, and Expert has always done their best to help us resolve our problems as quickly as possible. They're a good company and I have no problem referring them knowing they will treat whoever I refer Well. The tech that we use is Ryan and Ryan always puts thought into what he is doing and gives us very helpful suggestions that in the long run fit well in our operational plan.

From my call for service through the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner, they couldn't have done any better! Jake helped me choose the right units for my needs. Bill and Anton were the installers and they were wonderful. Bill kept me informed about what they were doing, answered my questions and thoroughly explained my new system when they were done. When we had this company put In our ac/ furnace 2 years ago I would have given them 5 stars. The work was great and the installers were awesome. Now, fast forward dealing with the office has been less than enjoyable. When they installed the furnace we were supposed to get it inspected by our town. They told us they set this up and to answer the call when the inspector calls. That never happened. They also told us the cover for the ac unit is on back order and they will bring it to us when it comes in. We understood. Two years later no cover and no information on why the inspector never called or came out. I have called multiple times and get told the person that deals with this issue will call me back. I have received no call. I called again today and they “ transferred “ me and it went to a general VM. I called back to tell them it was not transferred correctly and they wouldn’t pick up. I really wouldn’t expect this kind of service from a company you are paying for a product over 7000 dollars from. We are extremely upset and not understanding why we are not receiving information on what’s going on.

My wife and I discovered there was a problem with our furnace, Expert Heating and Cooling installed our new AC unit 2 summers ago so they were who we called. They were able to get us an appointment the next day, which was fantastic. When our technician, Bryan, arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and went to work finding the part. 2 and a half hours later the furnace was back up and running again. We know who our first call will be the next time we have a heating or cooling issue.

We are very happy with Expert Heating and Cooling. We did our company research 4 years ago when we knew we had to replace our ancient furnace and air conditioner. We looked into several different companies. What mattered to us were the reviews regarding customer service and the brand. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and we felt good about how long he had been with Expert. Employee satisfaction says a lot about the company. Fast forward 4 years and we are still very happy with how punctual they are, the service and of course the price. We utilize the maintenance plan which has some great benefits. Both of our daughters use Expert for their own homes!
