Technician Ryan H was prompt, courteous and informative. He completed the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. He then took the time to review my HVAC system, which is 27 years old and left me with documentation on new systems and a very reasonable quote. I am very happy with the service Ryan provided.

I'm glad I called R&L HVAC. They came out within quickly and fixed my furnace humidifier installed by another company. I contacted 4 other companies who either couldn't come out for at least 2 weeks, or wanted to charge me a high price just to look at the issue. Mitchell, the tech was great - he explained everything clearly and gave helpful tips to keep my system running longer. Highly recommend R&L!

We are very happy with the service that Jake and Anton provided with the installation of our new AC unit. We were left without AC for 2 weeks in the hottest weather we can remember. We made it but it was really rough and actually wouldn't have made it any longer, so we are very grateful for the efficient installation of the new unit. Thanks so much

A very positive experience! Dominick called prior to coming over. He listened to what I had to say and told me what he planned to do. He added freon and told me that the part they want to replace on my air conditioner has not come in yet, but that I should be cool until it does. He said that there would be no charge for today. I thanked him for coming out on a Saturday and he assured me that it was absolutely no problem…and if I had any questions to just call him.

He tried to fix my old furnace of 27 yrs but could find anything wrong. I am have them come out on Thursday to get a new one. Very nice and explained what he did.

Horrible.
No help. Men came to my home, UNANNOUNCED. Expected to be let in. I said NO! No clue who they were! Did not identify.
A year later, total equipment failure. EXPERT refuses to come take a peek at their shoddy job!!! Those men were there to check the work...so i heard.... my fault for not letting them in.
Shame on this company!!!

We've used Expert as our repair company for our HVAC system for a few years now and their repair techs have always been incredible. Fast forward to this summer, when our HVAC that was several years past its lifespan gave out, Expert was the first number called and it was the best choice. Of course our system died leading up to 90 degree weather and Expert was backed up with several other customers. But their team was so considerate of our situation without air and brought over an air conditioning unit for us to use while we wait for our installation. The installation crew who came were so nice, considerate of our toddler in making sure they cleaned up every mess that was made, and did an amazing job installing our new HVAC addressing all questions and listening to any concerns we had. We've now one week of enjoying our new system that is working so much better than our old system. Thank you to everyone we worked with at Expert Heating and Cooling!!
