The lady was super knowledge about the items we were looking for and helped track them down for us after learning they didn't have any in stock. She was wonderful!

They have a lot of materials for mobile and modular homes. They are owned by Stylecrest (if I spelt it correctly). Back office is very dry communication. Overall good.

Great place to shop for all your manufactured home needs. They have all parts needed to fix or replace anything for your home. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Check out their website for a complete listing if parts and supplies.

I can get mobile home parts n pieces at a decent price. And All the employees that I had the pleasure of coming in contact with, they were all pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable.
I highly recommend them and do.

When they had to come check out the problem they immediately figured it out and were literally gone in 5 minutes and than when they came back with the part it again took maybe all of 10 minutes. Super awesome, super easy, both teams that came out were cool, for sure recommend. Also, the people who answer the phone are very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Very professional and knowledge reasonably priced. Had my ac up and running in less than an hour.

Customer service was great, labor is not ridiculous like other places and my furnace was fixed within a hour after arrival. Will be calling them in the further if needed and recommend to anything needing emergency assistance. The tech that came to my house was nice, respectful and showed me pictures and explained everything besides fixing and asking for my credit card.

It's Christmas eve I get home from running errands all day and I notice my furnace is refusing to turn on. I'm panicking and it's 8pm, after making some calls I am connected with a gentleman who said he'd be there soon to fix my furnace. He was a man of few words, he was quick, efficient and within 20 mins my furnace was alive and working again and he was gone. I didn't get the chance to thank him because I imagine he was rushing home for the holidays but I hope he knows how much of a blessing he was.

They are part of the MiHer energy rebate program. I just set up an appointment to have the house surveyed for a new furnace and hot water tank. Will update when it's over!

While I've never used this place personally I can tell you they drive horrible. I was just cut off in traffic by truck number 90665, there was nobody behind me but he felt the need to watch himself in between me and a pickup truck

First time here. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Needed parts to fix my water line for my toilet and they hooked me up with everything I needed. Reasonably priced too. Very happy with my experience, the parts works great and my toilet is fixed😊

Bob is a great person. Was willing to try and work with me to get me unloaded a day early but traffic would not cooperate. Got in got unloaded and was headed to my pickup in no time

I have been a customer of R&L for 8 years. I won't call anyone else to check my AC and furnace except R&L. The reason is because these guys are professional and provide the best customer service. The new owners are easy to work with, they explain things in ways that you can understand, and their communication is great. Steve Dembinski is a top-level, 5-star technician, highly recommend. Steve is thorough and explains everything clearly, making sure that I understand the work performed and then offering advice for future maintenance reminders. I wanted to upgrade my thermostat and Jeff Bates, one of the new owners of R&L, personally walked me through purchasing the right thermostat for my home. The installation of the new thermostat (ecobee3 wifi) was a breeze, and he took the time to give me a tutorial on how to use it, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. If you are like me, and you want to make sure your furnace and AC are in tiptop working order, then hire the best heating & cooling guys to do the work. Thanks R&L, you guys are the best!

Called for Service; was asked many questions related to the reason for service. Prompt appointment made. Jason called and showed up and was courteous and professional. Great communication and would highly recommend R & L Heating and Cooling!

Higher than 5 stars!! They were able to accommodate my air conditioning needs within a few hours of my call, even in this heat! Joe was very professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned and functioning at top performance. I will be recommending R & L Heating and Cooling to everyone! My neighbors are already asking.

Jason did a great job getting to the root of the problem. He fixed it and stayed extra to make sure the problem was resolved. Very happy with them.

Jason came for a Fall checkup and noticed that my furnace had an issue and carbon monoxide was getting blown through my house. Very thankful for their yearly subscription that does this service for free and worked out a deal for a new unit. Thank you guys so much, I’ve loved everything you guys have done and each time you come out, I’m happy with the service you’re providing for us!!
