Every time I go there they always have what I need only thing prices are little higher but you can't never find what you need for a trailer at home depot or Lowe's

Their add doesn't say that it's wholesale only, and they would not sell me anything. But they were helpful.

Very helpful. Made sure we gotnthe right water tank for our home and called our contractor to see if we needed water line to make sure we had everything we needed.

Had them come out today an fix furnace , got me in fast, super nice guys , clean ,save me money, I will always call these guys when i need help.😁

My furnace went out during one of the coldest days of the year. My family & I woke to a nice cold surprise. I work for a Heavy Equipment dealer and a contractor recommended Capitol Supply & Service. I called for service and was given a fairly accurate time for when a tech would show up. When the tech showed up, he was very professional and very informative. Our furnace was up and running in no time. I felt that we had exceptional service and were not charged any additional fees. Thanks Capitol (and James)!

Worst service I have ever had at supply company and or lumber yard in my 20 years in business. They manager talked to me like a little kid and said I was doing everything wrong "because i was buying the wrong door knob". But I think she was just mad because I had already bought new hardware from lowes and just wanted to buy a door from them. Most un professional experience I have ever had in this industry, and on top of that THEY CALL ME EVERY YEAR TO SEE IF I NEED ANYTHING ELSE. 4 YEARS LATER THEY STILL CALL ME. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STOP CALLING ME!!! never go to this place unless you have too and never NEVER give them your personal information.

I would like to thank Aaron for coming out on Christmas Eve to fix our furnace. He was very kind. He fixed it in no time and we are back to having heat..

They do not stand behind their products. Awful customer service - REFUSED to service an AC unit within warranty. Said "there's nothing wrong with it - you're going to have to pay someone to check it out". Terrible. Buyer beware.

My wife called another heating & cooling company because her 84 year old mother was without heat... that company told her it would be a week before they could have someone to her home for service. She went online and found Capitol... called Capitol and they sent someone right over. They fixed her mothers heat the same day. Great service and a fair price!! Thanks!

This company is a joke. I bought a home they did the refurb on the furnace and central air. Long story short we have only been in our place 3 months and what a nightmare. They didn't install our furnace properly and we ended up not having heat. Having someone come out would have cost us a service call so speaking with a man name James[the only helpful one] we sent him a pic we had wires that were not connected properly and we could gave had a fire. They come out finally say they fixed the wires that are not connected then say air works. Fast forward to hot wheater and guess what air does not work. We wait 2 weeks for them to come out to find out the ducts are not connected? Smh what? How does this happen? But of course the tech didn't have the tools to fix it and now they expect us to wait until August to get this fixed because they are busy. If I was the owner of the company and my.tecs messed a job up so many times I would make sure this was taken care of and fast but nope but there's lots of tips about fans.. thanks cause I would have never thought of that on my own. I will never use this company or tell anyone else I know to either. What a joke. They dont care about f iui xing the work they never completed but they will go make money off new victims. Save yourself the trouble and find another company.

Being my first experience with Capitol. The honesty and respect was above and beyond what I was expecting. Class A. These are the guys you want to call for the services they offer. Don't hesitate. (This was for heating&cooling at my home) Peace of mind restored.

Claudia that runs the company is absolutely unprofessional and lacks in caring for customers. Her employee lied and stated she contacted me and not once did I have a voicemail or missed call. She assumed that I wanted for her to make up a appointment for me. But that was not the case. I wanted to make sure that she communicates with customers when canceling or setting up appointments. But at the end of the call she stated it was my responsibility to call and check if they would still come out and install the AC. She stated they did not have the man power to do so or the man power to contact each customer for canceling installments. What a joke of company owner.

I absolutely love this parts store. They have about everything you need to fix your home. Their staff is very polite and professional. I recommend them 100%.
