Mike, the plumber and his team were so great. After a very scary quote from another business, Mike came and assessed my situation and gave me lots of more affordable options for my issue. He was honest and up front about costs, timing, and scope of work, and even though they did have to come to my house three days in a row, that was no fault of theirs and even came back to fix something totally unexpected they found while doing the work - at a discount! As a new homeowner I felt very confident with them and will definitely be using them again!

Our water heater failed overnight on Labor Day and he was out here within hours of the initial call the next morning. He asked important questions to ensure his estimate was accurate and provided great detail on the scope of work to be performed, even down to the reasons behind using a certain product over another. Overall price for service was competitive with many other local companies as well. Additionally, he patched up some rust in the exhaust ventilation and repaired the area where the ventilation goes into the chimney that had started crumbling away. I had an additional issue with water leaking from the tank shutoff valves that he advised me of and even came back out to repair and reseal, saving me additional expenses.

Called for an estimate, he no showed. Texted him the next day asking if he still wanted to come out and got no response back.
If the job was to big/beyond his scope, pr even short staffed… just say so. No call back is rude and unprofessional. A man answered, said he’d be in my area the next day & was it ok to be out after his small job. I sent him a picture of where I needed my gas line put in. I do not believe this was “scheduled” with anyone in the office and it was the first business I called after moving into the house I purchased. I will NOT be removing this review because the number was traced back to the website to leave this review. If the appointment was forgotten, accident happen but I contacted the number to reshchedule with no response.

Mike came out to my house I have an old gravity furnace that is still working it is 47 years old Mike was so experienced and informed me about my gravity furnace you couldn't ask for a more well-informed gravity furnace expert he gave me rates if I need to replace it which I do not at this time but he was more than helpful checked everything and when I need anything done this is who you call when you want honesty integrity respect an information to help you make decisions I am not even in their working area I'm in St Clair shores there in Taylor they delivered prompt reliable courteous I am grateful for this heating and cooling company the people who I usually have dealt with in the past wouldn't even come out to my house because my gravity furnace is 47 years old and they put it in and they were insulting to me affordable heating and cooling have integrity thank you

This is what you can expect when this place works on your brand new home. I would of at the very least tried to wipe it off or clean it.

If they don't have it they'll find it for you and order it. They can answer almost any question and are very friendly.

In and out quickly. Had the part for my furnace in stock at a fairly reasonable price.

Well can't say anything about this store they will have or be able to get anything you need for mobile homes and being in the industry I can't ask for better then that.
