I was very pleased with the prompt and friendly professional service I received. The Heating and Cooling technician that came out to service my air conditioner Jason ,was very knowledgeable friendly and professional. He immediately checked out my unit and found the problem and fixed it all within the 30 minute Service Call. I wasn't charged anything extra! I definitely will be recommending R&L Heating and Cooling to all my family and friends!

We had an R&L service tech Mitchell over to check out an under performing AC system that was installed less than a year ago. He found a badly plugged condenser unit from all the cottonwood trees in the area. He didn't stop there, he also found the system was under charged and proceeded to fix that as well. He was very professional, polite and thorough.

I purchased a maintenance contract last year which included a fall cleaning and test. The technician was very clean, friendly and efficient. He changed my filters, thoroughly cleaned the inside and tested it for function. I could not be more happy with the service - which included a multipoint inspection report!
