I was replacing my 22yr old furnace and A/C. Jake was very informative and detailed with all that would be done, AND he even beat my lowest estimate. On May 9&10, 2022, Nick and Drew did an excellent job installing both systems along with my new digital thermostat. Expert Heating and Cooling far exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We had a wonderful experience with Expert over the weekend. Nick was delightful salesperson to work with. He got us in asap on some of the hottest days this year while our AC was failing us. Jeremy and Aaron did our install. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend to anyone!

At least He is being honest with me. Not happy with the the brand name of the furance. Every year since that furance was put in, we had to have a tech out to start it. And now can't get a hold of the company for part replacement. 3 years old. And it's getting colder each day. $94.00 for service call each year.

Service and communication is top notch from Expert Heating &Cooling. They treat you like family and do everything in their power to help immediately. I am very satisfied with them and will now buy a hot water tank to ensure they are my only provider for all my heating and cooling.

Service was excellent. My technician Dan was prompt, professional, patiently answered all of my questions , and was polite and friendly. Expert is always my go-to for service. Excellent!

If you’re looking for a company that completely ignores its customers, Expert Heating & Cooling is an excellent choice. I placed four calls between Friday and Saturday for emergency service repair and not once did anyone bother to call me back.

Apparently, “emergency” means nothing to them. No follow up, no communication, no accountability. Horrible customer service and zero reliability. Once you have paid them off, they simply disappear.

Do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else.

My experience with Bryon was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently to fix my problem, and gave me some tips to improve my boiler system if I decide to do so. Thanks, Bryon and Expert!

Josh was great! However, we were under the impression our tuneup was covered need our new installation and it wasn’t until AFTER he technician was finished I was informed of he cost. While I was highly satisfied with Josh, I’m disappointed in the company as this was a rescheduled appointment that again, I assumed was covered under our plan.
