I was incredibly impressed with Bryan and the team at Bclean. Out of all the companies I called, Bryan took the time to explain in detail every step his team would take to complete the job. They worked around my schedule to schedule a convenient time for me (5:30 pm on a Friday) and hit the ground running when they showed up. I have recommended Bclean to several people after my service was completed and would recommend them to anyone else. I learned so much abut my system and the way my 100 year old house was put together - the combination of cost competitiveness and A + service makes these guys second to none.

Just finish a duct cleaning with Brian and his crew. They were wonderful. Super polite and friendly. Brian was extremely informative and made sure to walk me through the process before he began, and again after they were finished. I highly recommend giving Brian a call for duct cleaning, and we will definitely be calling him to come back for our next cleaning!

Brian was great to work with. He's very friendly and knowledgable. They were great about working around our menagerie of animals, giving us great info along the way, tips to help our systems work better, and our ducts have probably never been this clean since they day they were installed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I contacted three companies, went on line, got estimates, and sent emails for questions. Bryan from Bclean was the only one that responded. He was amazing! answered all my questions, as well as my husband. They came to clean my ducts throughout my home, was very professional, his staff were great as well and very respectful. Took down the vent covers, cleaned all the ducts, and the dryer vents, explained the process and what would be recommended for the future. Provided an estimate, no hidden cost, was very satisfied with the amount. Sent us a ton of before and after pictures- so very pleased with this company and very happy with the results!

I really thought that Sean and Brian were some standup guys. But, it turned out that they lied about what they can do and perform. I submitted an inquiry on FB asking if there was anyone who could install a supply duct. Of course, they responded and we setup an appointment to meet. Now remind you, they went on and on about how they have this crew of guys that can assist with the install, when in all, it's just the two of them. Brian sent Sean back over to my property to do a thorough inspection of the work that was needed to be done, which should have been assessed on the day we first met, but they kept over talking each other about how they would tackle the job. They kept assuring me that the job they were currently working on was similar to the job that I asked them to do for me, so I figured this would be a no brainer. Oh, by the way, we never discussed pricing at all. I believe that they were intimidated by my knowledge of HVAC and thought they were going to pull a fast one. Stop trying to take advantage of the people here in Detroit! We want go service too! So, the next day they sent me a coward text message about not being interested in doing the work. They never explained why, just declined the job. They wasted 3 days just to tell me that. You guys need to stick with cleaning ducts and stop wasting people time.

We recently got our bathroom remodeled and decided it was a good time to clean the air ducts that we had been neglecting. Ian was extremely professional and more importantly was honest and upfront about what to expect and making she everyone was on the same page. You can tell when someone takes pride in doing good work and I can say that for Ian and Beclean. Air duct cleaning was top notch all the way around! Professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, listened carefully and comforted my concerns about my old furnace. Kind enough to schedule the maintenance on a day where weather was not too cold so I didn’t freeze with the heat down for a while performing the service 😃 They got the job done in a very timely manner and I am highly satisfied with the outcome. 5 STAR+! Very thorough, very professional very clean. Im In town helping out the mother in laws home, specifically neglected air ducts and dryer vent. Called around and got the run around. Called Bryan and crew, they got straight to it. Actually booked me in days ahead of what was available. The Bclean crew came in and took on a major challenging task, 23 year build up, now everything is clean as it gets, couldn't be any happier.

Birds decided to move into our bathroom exhaust vent. They unfortunately brought bird mites with them. The situation was extreme. In a short time our house became unhealthy to live in and inhospitable for my wife, 2 year old daughter, 2 cats and dog. I called Terminix, Orkin, animal control, and another small local businesses. All of them told me good luck and I’m on my own. None of them gave me any time of day to even fully understand the situation we were in. Before I found Bryan and BClean I felt helpless, lost and alone. When I called BeClean, right off the bat, I knew Brian was a person and company that operated at an extremely high level. I had more help after a 30 min conversation with him that I had received from the combination of all the calls with other the professional services. When Brian saw the job he acknowledged it was not in his standard scope of work and was hesitant to take it on. He saw that my family would be in a significantly worse off situation if he said no to the jab. Because Bryan and BClean is a family owned company driven by values he agreed to support my family in our situation. We went from being lost and alone to working with a team to help and support us. Brian and his team completed the scope of work with speed and accuracy. He set the right expectations and exceeded them. The professionalism is unparalleled. I highly recommend Bryan and his team for your air quality needs. He was on time, professional and there were no surprises. He made sure that he answered all of my questions and was very informative throughout the process. He made some great recommendations for ways we can improve the air quality in our home, but was never pushy about it. I'm so thankful for the magic they provided! I've been struggling with allergies in this home I purchased in Northville since 2021 and after countless visits to the doctors and no luck it appears to be because the previous owners haven't cleaned their ducts for yearssss! They removed so much pet hair and dust i can't believe tbe different in my breathing these past 2 weeks. Thank you so much!

I thought we needed a simple dryer duct cleaning because my dryer was erroring out with a code saying there was a clog somewhere and stopped working. Our laundry room is on the second floor and the duct exhausts out of the roof. Turned out, the duct was water logged, did not meet current building codes and needed to be torn down and rebuilt.

Bryan and team kept us updated on what was happening in our attic (and on the roof, in the midst of Winter), figured out what was wrong, and how to fix it.

I also appreciated Bryan’s status updates, letting me know when he’d be over, always answered my calls and was professional through the whole process.

I’ve already recommended Bclean to a friend of mine, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
