Our furnace went out on the 2nd to coldest day of 2020. We went 2 Jayco 2 see about a new furnace. We spoke with the owner Jay and he came to our house ( within 20 minutes)to see what was wrong. Talk about sevice..AMAZING!!! Would highly recommend 2 EVERYONE!!!! Not only did we get Fabulous service he also gave us a GR8 DEAL on ( ALL HIGH EFFICIENCY)on furnace, AC ,And water heater...they had the furnace installed in just a few short hours. Can't explain how gr8ful we were to have Jayco ! Thx again !!!!

First off, Jay, the owner, deserves a standing ovation for his honesty, integrity and just good ol' American grit. His work ethic and morale are what made this country great. Good old mom and pop businesses and looking out for one another. His quote was less than half of the supposedly affordable company refered by United Way was and he cared when DHS and the TWO home warranties I had let me down.

Had a very good experience getting air installed in 2010. Had work done a few times were very helpful. Tried to get them to come in August of 2017 seven years after installation owner was rude and condescending told me to get my air serviced elsewhere. Bad experience. Owner is just plain rude and hung up on me.

My pilot light was not working on my hot water tank, they could not fix it and would have to replace the whole unit which is 4 months old. Since they didn’t install the water heater they did not want to finish the job, but $65 service fee was collected for telling me that they won’t touch other people’s work. Could have said that over the phone! Will not use again.

Mr. Tackett came out look at my furnace I already knew I needed a new one he gave me a awesome price and within a couple days they were out here to installed it.. very fast installation wonderful clean up. Heats my house very fast. One very proud customer happy I choose them.. I would refer them to anybody that needs a small repair to a whole new furnace or air conditioning unit installed..

I normally don't fill out bad reviews just good ones but this is the second time I've called Jayco Heating and Cooling and the second time I have not used them due to the receptionist is in the wrong line of work, very rude, also I was asked if they installed the furnace in which case their tag was on the furnace that's why I called and I was also informed by her that they couldn't look at my AC until it's 75 degrees out. I always try to support local businesses in Taylor to try and keep them prosperous but with Jayco Comfort Systems it wouldn't bother me if they went out of business. I will never call their number again
