Russ was horrible rude I am a professional and was very disappointed why would you want an account with them anyways I have 2 master home builders 1 master pipe fitter 3 heating cooling tech's he's a rude joke why should you register your company with appropriate service company.

Eric, Sue, Dave and Patrick are always "top shelf". I constantly ask for pricing and they never complain, even if they seem busy at the time I call... ☺

From counter sales personnel, to the readily available parts to repair with. This particular branch goes above and beyond. If they don't have it, they are more than willing to search for comparable options, even other stores that could carry whats needed.

Counter people are quick, knowledgeable and helpful: it's a nice change and a pleasure to deal with them.
Lol they also have coffee every time.

2nd service: I had little expectation that I could be seen the same day on a Friday when I made a service call but decided to take a chance as I just happen to be off work that day. As expected, I was scheduled for Monday. Not an issue as my wife would be home. However, much to my surprise, they called back and rescheduled for just a couple of hours later on Friday. Why? They were concerned that my wife might have some fears of seeing a male service tech alone. That's a level of consideration and conscientiousness rarely seen in my opinion. Now that's customer service!
The service was done same day and I can move on with confidence that my unit will keep working.

4years between calls.

1st visit: Could have easily oversold my repair but instead provided an easy fix. Made it worth it with some additional cleaning services and some useful maintenance tips.
