We had G and S come out to clean our gutters and windows. They ended up doing the work while we were out of town and we noticed upon return that several of the windows had been missed. Upon notifying them they made arrangements to finish the job. Coleman and Evans came were incredibly polite and completed the work perfectly and efficiently. Our windows were very dirty and they now look great! Job well done! Thanks Coleman and Evans and thanks G and S

G&S cleaned all the exterior windows on my home, including many 2nd story picture windows. I've tried several services, and G&S is the only service that consistantly does an outstanding job.

Gutter cleaning for 30 condos. Very polite men. They had to maneuver around trees, decks, shrubs, and wires. They did a great job. I recommend!

G&S did an onsite quote to clean all of the gutters on my house. I called G&S several times prior to scheduling an appointment o confirm with them the house has gutter guards. I explained some guards were to be removed and discarded, others needed to be unscrewed, rotated out of the way, gutters cleaned and then replaced. The woman on the phone confirmed there would be an extra charge for this work. I called a 3rd time to request roof valley cleaning and also mentioned again about the gutter guards. For the 4th time, I was told gutter guards are not an issue.
On 6-Nov-19 Blake and Will arrived from G&S. I spent a minimum of 15 mins in the yard with them reviewing the work; specifically pointing out which gutter guards should be removed and which cleaned.
3 hours later ALL of the gutter guards were in the trash, folded, bent, twisted. The workers apologized profusely "I am so sorry. I misunderstood."
Jerret came to the house the following day and reviewed all of the damage. Integrated gutter guards destroyed, flashing strips torn off, shingles damaged, debris left in gutter. As of today, G&S has replaced 3 tiny brackets and stated they are not responsible for the damage, they cannot replace or repair the damage due to "liability?" and they ran my credit card, without my permission, for $100.00
This is not over until I am satisfied.

We had our gutters cleaned. Two workers cleaned them and cleaned up any debris that fell out too. They did a great job. Efficient and professional.

Paid 332$ for gutter cleaning and downspout flush. There was a strange 4$ fuel surcharge. Walked around the house and every downspout seems dry and covered in leaves and I pulled weeds and leaves out myself after taking pictures. Pretty sure I paid 75$ for a flush that never happened.
Price is way too high for a single gutter cleaning anyways. Won't be retaining these guys next time.

Matthews and Engels did a great job cleaning out my gutters on 11/22/25. They arrived at the designated time and were very thorough with their work. They cleaned out 5 yard waste bags of leaves and left them where I told them to. I would use G&S for their gutter cleaning service in the future.

Very pleased with the service provided. Crew called while en route and arrived before the appointment time. The guys worked efficiently and did an excellent job, especially with a very large all glass sunroom. Happy to recommend G&S to others.

Team leader Alex Matthews and tech Mr. Engers did a great job cleaning our exterior windows and making a minor gutter repair. Our windows are sparkling, and they arrived in the stated window of time. We were pleased with their service.

We have used G&S services for our windows and gutters for many years. We were totally satisfied with their work during all these years but unfortunately recently the quality of their work and customer services has drastically deteriorated. I can only guess the expansion of their business and getting more customers have had an adverse effect on the quality their work and customer service. A couple of years ago I was surprised to see their workers showed up for gutter cleaning with only a short ladder and when I asked them how they where going to reach the gutters at eighteen to twenty feet height they, their response was totally absurd and it ended up in sending them away until they come back with proper tools and ladders. Believing they could have improved their service, again I asked them to do our gutters this year. I trusted they had cleaned the gutters properly but unfortunately I had misplaced my trust. After a normal seasonal rain we noticed that one stretch of the gutters was not cleaned and it was overflowing on the wall below. Thinking they would back their service, I called and asked them to come back and readdress my concern. I was completely disappointed to be told that they would charge me $170 to come back and clean the one stretch of the gutter that they had missed or ignored during their initial service. I hope they will review and revise their business and customer service models in order to retain their loyal customers of many years and add many new ones.

I am giving them only two stars while I wish I could have given them five stars as I did in the past.

Alex Matthews from G&S cleaned my gutters and downspouts today. He and his partner did a great job. They also cleaned out the cages, that top my downspouts and took the bags out to the location to where we requested. They were respectful of my property, friendly, and professional. I have had G&S clean my gutters for many years. They always do a good job and warn me of any problems that might that they see. Thanks to their work we have never had any gutters overflowing, and we’ve always been able to fix things proactively before they become a problem thanks to their watchful eye.

Two Technicians were extremely professional and friendly! Each did a great job to explain how they would inspect and clean the gutters. When finished working, we received a Report Card detailing what was completed! The office staff was diligent with scheduling updates due to weather conditions.

Kevin from G&S Windows came out to my home this morning and did all the windows inside and out. They washed all the screens and also did all of our mirrors and shower doors. They look beautiful as we ready our home to sell. They are so professional and friendly. I have them do the windows and mirrors inside and out once a year as needed, and have them come out quarterly for just the outside ones. They offer a nice quarterly discount if you set up the repeat ones for outside. I highly recomend that option with all the wind and dust blowing around in our valley.
