I had G&S clean my windows inside and outside. They look amazing. The crew of Walker and Johnson was polite, efficient, timely and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Pearson and Nash worked fast and efficiently, throughly cleaning my gutters and downspouts. Afterwards they explained what they had done and cleaned up any debris. I will use G&S again in the fall to clean up the leaves.

The first crew did an awful job. I called and then they sent out Evans and Brown who redid every window and walked around with me to make sure every thing was clean. Excellent customer service by Evan’s and Brown-patient and didn’t leave until everything was good.

We engaged G&S for our window cleaning at the end of May because they were recommended by our Housekeeping Service and because there charge was $90 below our regular window cleaning company. It turned out to be a mistake.
The cleaner (one person) arrived on time and told me that company policy did not allow him to remove the screens. This is something that has not happened in the 13 years we live in this house. So I (at 4'11") scrambled to remove the screens myself. The window cleaner then washed the inside windows, which was ok. On the outside, he did not even use a ladder or wiped the windows. Just hosed them with what he explained was purified water and would have the same effect as washing by hand and wiping dry. Well, it does not. The windows were not as sparkling clean as we are used to and enjoy. We will ruefully return to our trusted window cleaning service, happily paying the extra money for great service. Very disappointed!

Pearson and Walker were detail oriented and kind throughout the whole process. We have almost 100 year old windows so it is harder and longer to clean with the screens on them. Pearson and Walker did an amazing job!

Walker and Jackson were unbelievable! They explained everything, they did an exceptional job, Went above and beyond… And our nutty dog, who doesn’t like anyone loved them… That was enough for me. The other stuff was just icing on the cake!

Coleman and Sego did an absolutely amazing job on the gutters that have not been done in years. They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and I am left with gutters that can actually can do their job now. Thank you

I was charged $178 for maybe 10 min of work. In addition the droppings from my Maple tree were basically blown from my gutters instead of collected…. So I spent hours cleaning them up. A small a sack of “maple helicopters “ were presented to me. I was asked what I wanted to do with them?
I said” take them away.”
I was told there would be an extra charge!!!
While I agree $178 is cheaper than me falling off a ladder and breaking my neck I will not be hiring this group again.

They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters of my house. They were very punctual, friendly, and professional.

We were overdue for window & screen cleaning, so it was time to call G&S. We requested a morning appointment. That’s exactly what they gave us. Carlton Pearson and Tarita Hooks showed up bright & early and went straight to work. Within two hours, the windows were gleaming and the screens were clean. Carlton and Tarita were efficient and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to welcome them back to our home again.

G & S did an excellent job in cleaning out windows and power washing our house. Pricing was competitive and would highly recommend them to others looking for exterior residential or commercial building cleaning services.
