The siding and trim are cleaner but I don’t think they rinsed all areas throughly enough. Significant mixture residue apparent. They charged an additional $160 for window washing that is required with service. Their window cleaning was poor to say the least. They missed rear garage windows completely. $160 wasted. I usually pay $60 for outside window washing. They also sprayed mixture with bleach on plants and shrubs turning them brown with leaves and needles falling; I hope I don’t lose a beautiful spruce tree as a result of using this service. They also before leaving filled there truck with 500 gallons of water at my experience for there next job. No one asked me about quality of service. Would not use them again.

G&S was very responsive and great to work with. Staff was polite and professional. Our project was handled exactly as we had hoped.

Fabulous results from cleaning my windows inside and out. The 2 techs were super nice, and were very careful working around my furnishings, left everything in great order.

The two window cleaners from G&S worked hard and pretty quickly and did a good job. They were nice and very pleasant.

I've used their services for almost 30 years and they're wonderful. They're friendly, professional and prompt. If the gutters need a nail or a minor repair, they just include it as part of the service. Highly recommended! I'm very busy and their ability to consistently arrive within the agreed upon window of time is very reassuring. Everything always goes as expected when they do a job focus and that's why I continue to hire them.

My two workers did a great job washing our windows yesterday. I have used G & S for window washing and gutter cleaning for several years and I have never had any issues. They even pointed out a crack in a lower basement window which was probably a stone from the lawn mowing. I thanked them and told them I have a window company coming in early December to replace the window.
