The transaction was easy and transparent. Brad who came out to give me the pricing was awesome and answered all of my questions while he was here, as well as any that came up after that. Their crew showed up the same day we called about a tree down on our gutter after a storm. They were true lumberjacks! We were completely impressed and grateful for their skill and speed of the tree removal. they cleaned up all debris leaving us with a clean and safe yard. I had a very large and dangerous tree that was over my garage, both of my neighbors yards, and a neighbors garage, and on top of it, it was dead. Brad gave me a very competitive quote, and their crew took it down no problem in short time. They even left me a slab of the trunk that I could use for a personal project. Would definitely hire them again!

Everything about my contact with Tree Service of Troy was excellent. They were responsive, they listened to my requests & prepared a very detailed quote. On the day they were scheduled to trim our trees, they actually came early. The work was done carefully and all the cuttings were hauled away. I will definitely recommend!

From the scheduling of an estimate to the final cleanup after their work for us today, I have nothing but praise. The staff that we have had contact with were ALL very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They far surpassed our expectations. The crew was on time, extremely efficient (no wasted time) and the equipment they used was top of the line. Their pricing is very competitive..they did what they said they would do and in some cases exceeded what we originally discussed. I am extremely pleased with the finished job and look forward to having them take care all of my tree services in the future. Unfortunately I don't have any photos or videos that I am able to post.

Wow, I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible service provided by Tree Service of Troy! We recently had them remove two large, mature trees and two smaller ones from our property, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

From the initial consultation with Brad, we were so impressed. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, patiently explained the entire removal process, give details about each type of tree and clearly outlined their recommendations. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated his willingness to answer all of our questions and educate us along the way.

All works are done easily and quickly because the crews, lead by Max, are amazingly skillful, experienced, and hardworking. Their estimates are lower than others, probably because they know how to work efficiently. We are satisfied with their service and will rehire them when we need tree services in the future.

These guys were great! They came out quickly to quote, got it done the next week, excellent well done job, no mess left behind, everything done great, and all at an affordable price.

We want to HIGHLY recommend Tree Service’s of Troy. After having a local company ghost us, and a few other quotes way over the top….. This crew came out and killed it. The price was spot on, they responded promptly for a quote, showed up when they said they would, and left minimal traces of all their hard work. We had a very large Silver Maple and Mulberry tree removed, in addition to trimming of a Sycamore tree. We chose to leave a few feet of the Maple tree stump for a creative project.
We will tell anyone in need of tree services, to contact Tree Service’s of Troy. We already have!!!

Tree Service of Troy was very professional and responsive throughout the process. They had a big crew and the equipment necessary to safely remove both silver maples in my backyard. They also moved my cable lines to the ground so they could get their equipment in the yard. I was completely satisfied with how my yard turned out. Reasonably priced too.

Brad came out to do the quote and spent as much time as I needed answering all of my questions, providing information, and making me feel comfortable with the job. Max and his crew did an excellent job tree trimming and stump grinding as well as clean up. Good communication start to finish. Polite and professional. We’ll be having them out next spring for a tree planting. Highly recommend!

Two enormous old hollowed out maple Trees were removed. The crane was perfectly situated and after the job was done, there was no evidence that they had even been there. They worked seamlessly as a team. Very respectful and professional.
