The team handled some very hazardous tree removal at my property with precision and care, making sure everything was done safely and efficiently. The crew was friendly, well-trained, and took great care to clean up after the job. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of reliable and skilled tree services. They truly go above and beyond!

Highly recommend! Rob and his team provided excellent service and went above and beyond. I was worried after a bad experience with another tree company, but Rob explained everything thoroughly and showed that stump grinding is truly an art. He removed the stumps properly, filled the holes, and even fixed spots left by the previous company.

What really stood out was his attention to detail he noticed a dangerous ‘widow maker’ branch, over 10 inches in diameter, hanging above our sidewalk. By addressing it, he likely prevented a serious accident. Thank you for your care and professionalism! Looking forward to round two once the snow melts and the weather warms up.

SavATree employs a wonderful group of people. I asked a lot of questions and they’ve patiently answered.They’ve cleaned up any mess left from the tree. The tree stump is also getting removed. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

Called Sav-A-Tree to get an estimate on lawn aeration and tree pruning. Based on the estimate we selected a couple of the items and anxiously awaited our service. First came the fertilizer pumped into the soil throughout our garden beds and around our trees. Then the pruning crew. We were so impressed with Jori's knowledge, the crews professionalism and recommendations we look forward to their future services and advice.

We recently used SavATree to take down a tree and trim several others, including two really large ones that had a bunch of dead branches that kept falling and damaging our deck railing. We were extremely impressed and happy with their job. In particular, Heidi Densmore, who not only was the arborist doing the assessment and providing the estimate, but personally supervising the crew, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to reach. She understood our needs to preserve In fact, we were so happy with the work they did, we decided to switch our lawn, tree and bushes care from TruGreen to them. SavATree did a wonderful job removing our massive maple tree. My tulips were in full bloom right in the vicinity, and I anticipated some would be damaged… but not a single tulip was damaged. All of my landscaping was unscathed. They even raked up most of the sawdust. The trio were professional and courteous, and it was clear they prioritized safety. They were also sensitive to how difficult this decision was for us as we loved this tree, and they confirmed we were making the right choice as they showed us decaying and hollowed out branches and leads. Really nice work. I was especially happy that some of our tree was millable, and that SaveATree has a connection with a local mill. It is heartening to know that some part of our tree will live on. Beyond tree removal, Mark from SavATree has been very helpful in devising plans for treatment of our other trees. He is also helpful in choosing what trees would work best in specific locations. Highly recommend SavATree.

Meghan, Tony, and the team were outstanding to work with. Tony and his team did a great job trimming my 70+ foot Oak tree. It looks excellent and they were very careful around all of the other trees, shrubs, etc. in my yard. Would highly recommend SavATree.

Jori and her team did a wonderful job trimming back my large silver maple. I purchased my home largely because the backyard was so natural and beautiful. They educated me about my pine tree with needle casting and removed lots of small trees that were not growing in places where they would thrive. They were reasonably priced and able to do the work a week after they visited. I highly recommend SavATree!

They even cleaned up neighbors yard , since some branches fell and leaves were all over their yard. My neighbor was impressed with their work too. Tree Service of Troy showed up on time and completed their work professionally and quickly. Merrill Martinez was actively involved supervisor. Also, Mr. Martinez is a certified arborist as well as a certified crane operator. This was evidently a small job for them but they did it very well and you couldn’t tell they had heavy equipment in the backyard lawn after their completion.

Very professional! I had to get neighbors tree cut back. Large branch fell down and damaged my fence, during this winter Ice Strom. Pics are before and after

Quick response to check health of huge box elder. Went with a reasonably priced crown trim as it was deemed OK to keep. Appreciated the honest evaluation and getting us scheduled quickly. Also appreciated the knowledge of the team, their responsible tree climbing (no shoe spikes!), and fantastic clean up. Highly recommend.

We've been using Tree Services of Troy over the past 8 years. Recently we needed to have a 70-foot Colorado Spruce tree removed, which was tangled among power and other wires coming into the house. Price, including stump removal, was far less than what we expected due to the complexity of the work needed. Workers were very professional, took less than 90 minutes, and clean up (including our neighbors back yard) was excellent. Go here and you will not be disappointed.

Met with Brad from Tree Service of Troy on a Thursday, and they came out the next day to take care of a storm-damaged tree in the backyard. Fallen branches got into two neighbors' yards, and those were taken care of by the crew. Area around damaged tree was cleaned up. One of their trucks came by the following day to pick up the heavy pieces of wood. They did a great job!
