Explained my new boiler and were upfront about troubleshooting if anything went wrong - which can happen and I appreciated the honesty. My home is 100+ years old in Kenwood (Minneapolis) and finding reliable and knowledgeable teams for repairs and replacement can be hard. Highly recommend A&E

A&E Heating did a fantastic job on our new furnace & ac. We had a couple different contractors in the Ham Lake area give us estimates. A&E wasn't the cheapest but we felt they had the best customer service out of the other companies. We are very satisfied with our decision.

Shane and Jeff (I think his name is). They were transparent and effective with communication. Were willing to come out late in the evening. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am truly grateful for them helping my family and I. If your like me, an average joe in the HVAC space but run into and issue and need trusted professionals that care, I genuinely think you would do yourself a disservice by choosing anyone else.

I have had terrible experiences with previous furnace/air conditioning companies. I was referred from a close friend about Shane and his company could not be happier with the whole process. Very polite and was informative about my old furnace and its problems ;( He got me right on his schedule and the next day Shane and his crew arrived to install my new furnace. He walked me through the new furnace and made it simple to understand. All in all, I could not be happier with my experience with A&E. Now I’m the one referring his company to my friends and family. I love these guys. We moved into a home with a very old furnace and AC unit, original to the house actually. We contacted A&E to get our stuff looked at and we couldn’t have had a better experience. They worked with us to make sure our systems were functioning properly and helped us price out the appropriate replacements for our home. They are very professional, on time, and they delivered on their promises. Thank you A&E!

They did a great job. While the large vacuum was sucking everything out of the vent, they cleaned and vacuumed every since intake and return vents. They also cleaned our dryer vent and did a 20-pt furnace inspection.

My pilot light in a gas fireplace was out. The technicians that arrived were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have also used them to come out and service my gas fireplaces in the past. I've never been disappointed in the work that they performed.

Very throughly cleaned my dryer vent. They noticed my gas fireplace window was filmy as I had not had a chance in a few years to clean it, plus it was pretty dusty from over the years. They suggested a cleaning which I could not believe once it was opened up how dirty it was. They noticed some deteriorated areas around the pilot light that you could see where in need of repair. They were able to actually do this work as well.. they were able to show me how I had not properly locked the glass door in place last time I cleaned the window door which would have let carbon monoxide in… had they not pointed out my gas fireplace looking like it could be cleaned if not now maybe in the future… very careful work, very pleasant team… got them on Angie’s list !!! Definitely a 5 rating

When I initially called for service, person that answered was friendly and was able to answer all my questions. On service day, Aaron arrived on time and went over what I needed done. Aaron was very knowledgeable and did a great job servicing my furnace and A/C. He explained what he had done and made sure all of my questions/concerns had been addressed.

My dryer belt broke. I set up the appointment and told them the belt was broken and to please bring the belt for my dryer. I gave the model number. I waited 9 days for the appointment and then he came without the belt he also tried to charge me for a new pulley because it looked worn and “that’s probably why the belt broke”, he said. I know why the belt broke, the belt broke because the strap got caught on the lint filter, it had nothing to do with the pulley, but that would’ve made the appointment $75 more expensive. I was disappointed and had to pay him $99.99 and he did nothing. I asked if I could reschedule to get them out as soon as possible because going without a dryer was hard. He said they would call me, that was Friday morning, by Tuesday, I hadn’t got a call so I called them. They said they would call me back and they didn’t call me back until the following day Late in the day at this point I decided that I wasn’t going to have them come out anymore. Then yesterday I saw I got an invoice by email that said I owed for the parts, that I didn’t get and were not put in . I called to complain and asked for my money back and they said a supervisor would call me but of course no one called me. This was a terrible experience and I’m still without a dryer 3 weeks later.
UPDATE- I did get my dryer fixed by another company. They confirmed NOTHING was wrong with the pulley and it did not need to be replaced. Anderson called me to tell me they had to pay for the parts they ordered for me. I had received an email for the additional charges. I was upset. Finally after threatening to contact the better business bureau the returned my call to say they would refund my original payment I had payed for nothing. This all stemmed mostly from bad scheduling personal who did not communicate my request for the parts. She did not call to reschedule after my first visit. When I did call her, She said she call me right back and didn’t call me back again for a couple days. the owner or the manager or whoever left me one voicemail saying he had to pay for the parts. I called to talk with him again. Never spoke to him.Then finally I had this sort of rude receptionist person call me to tell me I was getting a refund. BEWARE

Anderson's Mechanical has serviced my air conditioner, as well as my washing machine. Their prices are very reasonable, and the service people that have come to my house were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

He Didn’t do anything it’s still leaking so I’m not understanding why did he come

Aaron did a great job with our complicated air ducts that have never been cleaned before. He was also personable and very respectful of making sure my dogs didn’t get loose.

Two gas fireplaces cleaned by Aaron. A very efficient and polite young man. (Some confusion in setting up the appointment, but worked out fine.) Will use them again in the future.

Aaron and Marissa texted me asking if I was ready for the service call. Fireplace was filthy, also was in need of a thermocouple. They found, then fixed a small leak. Reset the logs in correct positions. Answered all my questions. Now the fireplace looks fantastic. Flames are prevalent and I have piece of mind it’s operating safely. Great service 👍
