I hire Anderson Mechanical Services trough Angie. , and the 1rst a employee fron Andersons Mechanical came to my house to check my frezer but caus he dint have some tools to finish the diagnostic I have to reschedule for this coming Tuesday the 5th, today the 4th I recive a call from the business manager he begins talking defensively instead of asking for a razón on why I choose to get a diferente technician from them. , but he keep talking ,he mever let me talking,I toll hem I was gonna go talk to the bank about this issue, finally I asked hem to let me talk.but this conversation was getting out of hand. ..this is why I'm making this revew so no one's can go through this same problem.....as a manager he should have listened to the costumer not arguing with them...I will never recommend this place to anyone, at the end after I hag up the phone I recivr a refund for 15$ so the company stop sending another employee to finish the work, nasty nove....

I had duct cleaning, furnace tune up, dryer vent cleaning and 2 fireplaces cleaned on Sat. Oct. 4. One of the cleaned fireplace now has a fan switch that does not work when the switch is turned on. It worked before the cleaning but does not work after cleaning.I am think the fan was disconnected during cleaning and not reconnected. Could someone check on this?

A technician came out to check the fan. Wire was disconnected from the fan controller.It was reconnected and now works. Thanks for following up on this.

Need a refridgerator Repair. They worked me into their schedule. Techncian was extremely efficient and resolved the issue quickly and had me able to use my refidgerator again.

John was very informative while trying to troubleshoot my AC issues. I now have a better knowledge of AC units and their components. Very personable as well. Resulted in needing a new unit. I contacted several companies and got feedback from other reliable sources. Ended up calling to have him come back. He and Brenden installed it the next day and couldn’t be happier. Thanks John and Brenden for your dedicated service. I highly recommend Andersons Mechanical and will certainly use them again.

Brenden the technician was knowledgable, courteous, and efficient with diagnosing the issues with my two gas fireplaces and fixing them. He offered clear and practical solutions. I’d recommend him and Anderson’s to anyone.

Gas Fireplace: We scheduled an inspection and cleaning. The service was great and we did elect to have parts replaced to ensure longevity of our units. The tech was on-time, honest and polite. We’ll be booking with them in the future.

If you are in need of having your duct dryer vent or furnace cleaned and looking for a reputable company look no further. Anderson Mechanical has been my go to company for years. They can also do other things should you need anything else. PS thanks for taking care of the bees nest in my furnace.

I had a gas fireplace tuneup done. Brendon was very polite, knowledgeable, and good at troubleshooting. I would definitely have him do this work again, as well as contact the company for other work issues.

John did a great job coming to fix our gas fireplace that was malfunctioning. Price was cheaper than any other place I looked up in the NW metro and he even cleaned our fireplace up for us free of charge. Making an appointment was easy and convenient and John was on time, I’ll be using Anderson’s again for future appliance needs.
