My mom called me at 6:50pm and said that her AC was out and it was 81 in the house and what should she do.

Left a voicemail Saturday night when my furnace went out and they followed up first thing in the morning and got right out. Got it running, but we decided to install a new furnace. They were there Monday morning just after 8am and were out by noon with the new furnace installed and all cleaned up. Marvelous service!

I was able to set up an appointment quickly for service and they came out the next morning (offered same day but I wasn’t available.) Seth was amazing and got my furnace up and running in under an hour! 10/10 Thank you!! I’m not cold anymore!!

We have had a service contract with Ideal Air for a couple of years. Katie was efficient, friendly and eager to assist when contacting us to set up our appointment under the service contract. Nick arrived promptly and was friendly, thorough and efficient in diagnosing a problem that would have resulted in a bad situation for us had he not discovered it during the inspection process. He took pictures that showed us the problem and offered to complete the repair the following day. He once again arrived on time the following morning, was friendly and efficient in completing the repairs. When the bill was presented. it was for the estimate given and included the discount provided by the service contract. We are very happy with Ideal Air and would recommend them.

Our building company specializes in large remodels of older buildings. This often leads to challenges retrofitting ductwork and other mechanicals around the existing footprint. EVERY single time Dan and team find a clever to work around existing constraints to not only provide sufficient heating and bring everything up to modern code, but also improve the general comfort and utility of the space.

It's great having a Swiss-army-knife HVAC shop in our network where we know a tricky job is going to get done well and be designed for the best outcome possible! Huge shout out to Dan and Pete for yet another successful retrofit and complex problem solved on a bathroom addition this week!

Everyone that has come to service our unit and install our new furnace/AC has been outstanding and today was no exception. We had a gas leak coming from a broken gas valve in the furnace. Ideal Air came out promptly that same day to diagnose and ultimately resolve the issue by replacing the gas valve. Michael was very professional and explained everything well to put us at ease. It was the first time using Ideal air but I’d use them again for any future issues that arise.

Our technician, Michael, showed up on time and was familiar with our Lennox unit. He did a step by step check to rule out the simple issues. He quickly found the problem; a mouse had nested by the air intake tube and prevented the burner from igniting. I’d recommend Ideal Air. I like that there was real value received for the cost of service. I won’t use another HVAC company from now on!

It was 8 degrees below zero here this morning brrrr. and needed my furnace checked out. They told me they would get here today. Seth was great - arrived in the time window they gave me and explained everything he was doing which made me feel confident in the work.
