We had a great experience with Ideal Air from start to finish. Brandon worked with my hours (coming out earlier than they normally do) to come evaluate my system and provide me with a quote. The installation itself went smoothly thanks to Andrew and Pete — everything was done efficiently and professionally.

That said, the real standout was Mike. After the install, I ran into an issue and Mike came out right away to help. When the furnace stopped working again the next day — which happened to be Christmas Day — he still came out without hesitation. On top of that, he returned again a few days later to fine-tune a couple of things he noticed could be improved, making sure the system was running as efficiently and reliably as possible.

Not only is Mike incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also genuinely kind, patient, and respectful. It’s rare to find service like that anymore. Huge thanks to the entire team at Ideal Air — highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality HVAC work.

Furnace went out in the evening and made several calls to have it repaired but Ideal Air was the only one that made sure someone came to fix it in a timely manner.
Seth, our furnace technician, was very friendly and helpful! He was very helpful on keeping our cost down and still making sure everything worked and was safe. He gave us several helpful hints as well. Do very much recommend Ideal Air LLC!

The Perfection Heating/Cooling team -Sam- came out to do my annual AC check. Arrived on time. Was friendly, explained everything and scheduled next appointment. Highly recommend.

Perfection is my go to for HVAC as I have upgraded my AC and furnace and added a split and air exchanger over the past 4 years. They have exceptional professionalism no matter whom you interact with. Kade, Mike and Zac recently serviced and installed my AC. They were on time, very friendly and made sure I was educated on my new system. I highly recommend the Perfection team.

David came out to help out with our radiators as one was leaking right before winter. He was very helpful and answered all our questions regarding our radiant heat system which we have been using for the first time. We stayed warm all winter with no issues at all.

Perfection services all of our various brands and types of equipment and has won all of our business. We trust their work after trying several others in the area. They’re professional and saved us a lot of money. One company said we needed a new system while Perfection had a couple equipment fixes due to improper installation by our original HVAC company. Appreciate Charley, David, Jordan, and Erin’s help.

We would Highly recommend Perfection and Heating and Air! Professional, timely, answered and explained everything so we understood what we needed to do! We had to get a new furnace and air conditioner! Zack and Mike were our installers and were respectful of our home and pleasant to work with they also amswered lots of questions and instructed us on use of new products! We are happy with our purchase! :)

I’ve used Perfection Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. We just had them put a garage heater in our new home. They were informative and helped us, as usual, to get the right one for us. They are great and easy to work with.

Sam Reasoner came out to unhook our air conditioner for the installation of a patio. He arrived on time, was friendly and competent and explained everything he was doing and did an excellent job. I'd definitely work with Perfection Heating again based on this experience.

I had scheduled a maintenance check up on my furance/AC unit about 6 months in advance. Come the time for the appointment, they gave me a window from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. At approx. 3:30 pm they texted or called my daughter and said they were running late. I took time off my schedule to wait for them and I had a scheduled appointment. One would think that if you scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance,you'd be up kinda high on their appointment list. They agreed to return my money, but overall their service schedule is bad
Their customer service Scheduler ( Erin) is very poor in customer relations. I have been a good customer for them, but I guess they don't want my business.

UPDATE: Today ( 5/15/25) I received a call from Perfection heating in regards to my post. They were very nice,professional, and sincerely apologized for this unfortunate situation.
I truely appreciate their reach out to me and I wish other people and businesses would do the same.

Our air went out on a Sunday, the first hot day of the season, I contacted Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning that night, right before leaving for a week long work trip and by Monday afternoon they had us up, running and cool again. The tech was informative with the problem, solution and cost. I would not only use them again but recommend that you give them a call too!

Kade was very helpful. He answered our questions and addressed any problems we were having with the HVAC system.

John showed up and checked out the Aprilaire humidifier and it was operating normally so all good he did say stick with the mfg water pad as the one I have isn't wicking properly so all good, thanks John

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Perfection H&AC are true professionals. They are honest with their quotes and don't give you extras you don't need or want. The estimates they offered us fit within our budget. They were able to come out in a very reasonable amount of time and were extremely efficient with the installation. Zach came out to complete our zoning. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of the questions that we had. I would highly recommend Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning!

We just had Perfection Heating and Air replace our furnace and ac. They did a great job. Great company with wonderful people. They were able to process the paperwork from Centerpoint for our rebate and it arrived within just a few weeks from installation. Highly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs!!

I had another company come in to troubleshoot an issue with my evaporator coil. It was clogged with pet hair. They didn't fix the issue, just tried to sell me a new system. I was able to unclog it, but my AC was struggling to keep the house cool. I wanted another opinion on if it made sense to replace my system. I asked Perfect to do a tune-up and Nick provided a quote for a new system. Sam was very open and candid about the state of my AC and furnace - didn't try to upsell me anything. Traffic delayed him from arriving on time as his last appointment for the day, but he didn't rush and was thorough with the tune-up. He even got rained on but stuck it out to finish the job. My AC unit needed more fridgerant so he topped it up and that solved my cooling issue. He noted my furnace may be capable to run as a 2-Stage but wasn't wired for probably for it. So he would do some research and get back to me. If it was, he was kind to propose coming back out to rewire free of charge. I haven't heard back from him, but it's only been a couple days since his visit.

Kade came out to fix our air conditioning and did an amazing job—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The AC is working perfectly now! I highly recommend their team for anyone in need of reliable HVAC service.

Our furnace had issues that weren't worth fixing. Perfection came out to inspect and provided a repair bid along with a bid for both the furnace and the AC. Our sales rep walked us through the options and was helpful in letting us know that the AC was still in decent shape. I appreciated the honesty and knowledge from everyone we worked with! David came out first for the repair, followed by Nick who helped us decide. Max and Dalton installed our furnace. Erin assisted in getting us on the books, the inspection, and the rebates. Everyone was pleasant and professional! Great job Perfection!
