Couldn't be happier with our experience with Perfection Heating. We found out very unexpectedly that we would need our gas furnace replaced immediately, and suddenly we were without heat in November. They were incredibly helpful and fast with scheduling the initial service call, getting us a quote, and coming out for installation. Big thanks to Dalton and Eric for being so quick and efficient with installing the new furnace and thermostat.

We've used Perfection Heating for a while now. They are a good company and do what they say they will. We had scheduled for Dec 11th, but our furnace went out on the first. They were able to come the next day.
The price range I selected is for their maintenance plan. They might be slightly higher for maintenance plans, but their techs know what they're doing, which I think is worth a lot.
Another perk is someone always answers the phone. It's rare if they don't.

Sam came out on a hot, steamy Sunday afternoon to fix a leaking a-coil. The ac unit needed to have all the cottonwood seeds and dust blown off of it. The ac unit got thoroughly rinsed and cleaned also. Sam found a plug in drain that was blocking the condensation drain. He was friendly, professional and methodically solved the problem. We are grateful for the luxury of AC. Thank you Perfection !

My heating system stopped working, and Kade Sundeen came through when I needed help the most. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The repair was fast, clean, and done right the first time.

You can tell Kade really cares about his work, he was respectful of my home, double-checked that everything was running perfectly before leaving, and even gave me tips to prevent future issues. The difference in warmth was immediate.

If you need heating system repair, Kade Sundeen is absolutely the person to call. Reliable, professional, and genuinely skilled. Highly recommended. Give him some guava juice too😂😂

Dave repaired our mini-split system today. He saved us from replacing our whole air conditioning system. Dave is very professional. He was able to service the head, 17 feet high! Owner supplied scaffolding for the job. Highly recommend this company and Dave!!!

In this case, their name fits perfectly! Our original job was to install a continuous running fan. Their estimator, Nick, also helped us with a problem with our April Aire humidifier that we had been struggling with for years! Both jobs were done efficiently and with excellent service. Highly recommend.

I bought a home that has a recently installed gas powered boiler, from Perfection. I wasn't a client of Perfection, but called with a question about my cool, noisy radiators. An employee of Perfection came to my house and showed me everything I need to know about my boiler and radiators, for FREE. Now my system works perfectly. The man was an expert and kind and patient. I am very impressed.

I have been using Perfection Heating for a number of years and they always give the best service. Recently had a mini split installed in my garage and home office, it has out performed my expectations. Install went well, 1 day, and the units are quiet and efficient and look good. Crew was professional and tidy. Would recommend them 10 out of 10 times for any HVAC work you may need.

Working with Perfection for the replacement of our gas furnace with an all electric cold climate heat pump was excellent.

Nick, the estimator has a truly impressive wealth of knowledge on heat pump systems, and really took the time to understand our goals for the replacement. His expertise was incredibly apparent and reassuring, and he did a great job answering my questions.

Dalton and Eric did a phenomenal job with the installation. For such a major home project with a ton of work involved, they made it seem easy. They were professional, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and great communicators of what they were doing - everything you want in a service technician!

Dymond was very kind and informative! Knowledgeable about our furnace and broke down clear options for us in a variety of cost ranges.

Vue and Matt did an excellent job installing a ventilation hood above our stove today. Top notch communication, punctuality, and overall service. They got it up and running, and passed by the city inspector in 3 hours. Bryce also was very friendly during the initial estimate. Would recommend!

Alex checked out our heating system for the upcoming heating season, he also put on slip on booties before he entered our house.

The cost of the furnace inspection was included in the Comfort System program that also covers required inspection for warranty.

He also noticed my hot water heater relief valve was defective and replaced the valve and drained the water heater for maintenance.

Alex seemed to be very knowledgeable with HVAC and other mechanical items like the water heater , humidifier etc.

I have had used Twin City Heating Air and Electric services at both my house and my mother’s house and have always received excellent service, from the efficient office staff to the knowledgeable owner and technicians. All have been extremely pleasant and value their customers with the great customer service they provide. I especially want to recognize Dan Wong. He is thorough with the services he provides and he is very patient when going over his findings and recommendations. He takes the time to answer any questions so that I understand what is on his report. I also very much appreciate Dan’s politeness, kindness, and caring. He definitely goes above and beyond in providing excellent service to his customers.
